The Perfect Family Beach House!

Disfrutar de esta experiencia maravillosa playa con una de 4 dormitorios, 2 baño de piso abierto, casa de playa plan para hacer que sus recuerdos. Esta casa en buen estado es 5 casas en de las hermosas playas de LBI! Situado en deseable Beach Haven Park, lo suficientemente lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio de Beach Haven, pero cerca de muchos bares y restaurantes ya poca distancia de ACME, helados y mucho más!

Situado en la avenida de la playa para que pueda disfrutar de un paseo en bicicleta o trotar por la puerta delantera o en la acogedora hasta la playa en pocos minutos. PERFECTO para niños pequeños ya que no hay caminos para cruzar y un corto paseo en carreta hasta la arena. Lo sentimos no se permiten mascotas!

Casa tiene 1 California King, 1 Queen, litera completa, y 2 dobles. 2 cubiertas al aire libre, una con vista al mar y la otra con vistas a la avenida de la playa. Bicicletas, tablas de surf, skim-tableros, tarjetas de playa, sillas de playa incluidos.

Just perfect

Steve and Meg are great hosts. The house is just right in every way - size, location to beach & restaurants, groceries, ice cream, exercise path, etc. Perfect beach house for family that wants to be together but appreciates a little space apart too. 2 balconies. Outside seating area. Win win!

Nice House and Great Location

Great location and space. Less than a minute walk to beach. Really helpful that we could use the beach chairs and equipment in the garage. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend. Thank you Steve and Meg.

The Best!

The location and house are perfect. Close to the beach, stores, and Skipper Dipper. The owners are super accommodating and great about communicating. Our kids loved all the board games for rainy days too. Very clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great LBI beach house.

We have rented many houses in LBI over the years and this is one of the best. It was very clean, spacious & so close to the beach. The owners were very helpful and having sheets/bedding provided is so helpful when you have limited car space. We will definitely be booking this property again!

Great stay on LBI

Our group of 6 had a fantastic stay. The house was incredibly clean upon arrival. Having all the beach chairs and badges was great! We loved the location and would stay there again if we get back to the island as a group!

Perfect vacation house

The house was perfect. We loved balconies and the easy walk to the beach, grocery store, skipper dipper, and bayside for sunset. Easy drive to ship bottom, brant beach, and everything In beach haven. The check in time was so helpful since we got to the island early. The house was very clean and I especially liked the linen service for towels/sheets and washed blankets for each bed rather than most hotels/rentals that have a possibly dirty bedspread.

Great house and great location!

This was our first trip to LBI, it was relaxing and fun! Even though it was off season, weather was great and there were plenty of businesses open. Tennis, biking, putt putt, good restaurants and wonderful beach time!

Fantastic Family Getaway Spot

this was a perfect house & location for our family to get together... -perfect size for 5 of us with 1 master BR downstairs and 3 other up; garage full of beach activity stuff and a place to store our bikes; nice 2nd floor deck for happy hour:) -great location - only ~5 houses to the beach, very 'central' access to restaurants & retail; around the corner from Acme -everything you need in the house to move-in & live for the week owners were super accessible for questions & checking in Overall - a 5 rating & highly recommend; a great week that will provide special memories for years to come!

Wonderful, clean, family friendly rental! Great location & owners were excellent!

Our entire family had a fabulous time at this rental. The house was the perfect set up for our group (family with kids & grandparents). We had all been exclusively home during COVID and had reservations about renting a house. However, after talking with Stephen (home owner) about their cleaning practices we felt comfortable enough to book. I am so glad we did! The house was very clean upon arrival, it smelled like a fresh hotel. A great layout for a family group with kids. My father has trouble walking and could easily walk to the beach, our young ones could get run back for bathroom breaks, naps or lunch. The two decks offer space for family members to have their own quiet down time. Very good chance we will be back next year. I would highly recommend. BONUS: One of the best discoveries was the home’s proximity to “Skipper Dipper.” AMAZING ice cream!

Amazing Getaway for Young Families

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Dopp's beautiful LBI home! The house was incredibly comfortable and clean and had everything we needed throughout our two week stay. We loved that the house was child ready since we had little ones with us (the tiny step stools in the bathrooms were so key!). The location can't be beat as the beach is just down the street so it made lunch time with the kids very easy. Everything was wonderful and we couldn't have stayed in a better home for our Summer 2020 getaway. Thanks again and hope to be back next year!

Fantastic

We just finished our stay and it was excellent. This was our 3rd trip to LBI and used to stay in a smaller house a few blocks away but now as a bigger family we were looking for more comfort and ease for our travels. We have 3 kids (5y, 2y and 3.m) and also had my parents with us. Both my 80 year old father and kids liked the short walk to the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. It was large enough that we weren’t on top of each other and the A/C works great! We were all very comfortable for our entire stay. The owners were very good with communication always responding to my questions quickly. We also enjoyed the fact that we didn’t have to lug our own beach cart, chairs or umbrella in our car as the owners allow you to use theirs. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls and cups perfect for kids to use which was a huge plus for our kiddos. We can’t wait to rebook for next year and are looking forward to our walks over to the skipper dipper!

Great Beach House

House is in perfect location and much more spacious than you think. Had everything you could need for a beach house and linen service was a nice add to have. Great host that made for a great week. Hope to be back!

we had a great time here. perfect location. no streets to cross for beach, and right on the main jogging/running/walking road for fun people watching! ( and motivation!) with very few cars. outdoor shower is always a plus!

Terrific beach house - highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach in this house. It's much nicer and larger in person and the owners were great to deal with. It's clear they put a lot of work and thought into updating their home, and it was well stocked for a summer rental. It's just steps from a large, practically private beach, and only a short walk to the grocery store or ice cream. The upstairs porch is perfect after a day at the beach to have a cocktail and share laughs with old friends. We've been coming to LBI for years and this is one of the best rentals we've had. We hope to be back next year!

Great house.

Perfect house for my family, there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Great location, just 5 houses from the beach. Walking distance to Grocery store and Ice Cream Parlor. Linen service very helpful (less stuff to pack and bring from home)

Location, convenience, amenities. We have three boys (7, 5 1/2, 4) and we have stayed all over the island as vacationers. Beach Haven Park offers it all: proximity to Treasure Island and Beach Haven, great restaurants, grocery store and perfect beaches. Our street generally does not have many renters so you will be among owners who love the area

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We provide a linen service for all beds and 8 bath towels. We also have a rock & play, 2 play pens (1 for inside and 1 for the beach), a baby gate, stools in the bathrooms, and basketball net in the driveway. We live on an exceptional street offering some of the best people on the island.
