Perfect Location!

The house was beautiful, spacious, rooftop deck was so nice at night! The location was prime, walking distant to everything Dewey has to offer. Loved everything about it and will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend

Property was perfect for my family of five. We travel here every year and this was by far the nicest place yet. Clean and modern- felt brand new. Great location- easy walk to everything Dewey Beach has to offer

Great for a quick trip

The house was great and in wonderful location. You could walk to everything in Dewey. The house was clean and just as described.

Family Beach Trip

This rental worked great for our family. Five adults and 1 toddler that is almost 2 and there were enough bathrooms, it was within walking distance to the beach, and easy drive to Rehoboth for the boardwalk. It was quiet at night so our little one could rest easy. And the deck and rooftop deck were nice spaces to hang outside. Highly recommend!

Short Stay - Take it In

The location was convenient. The home was clean. My husband was a little frustrated with the television as it was only streaming entertainment. However, we spent more time on the beach and out and about so it was not a top priority. The outdoor decks were great for an after the beach happy hour.

Excellent Dewey Beach House

From check in to check out, the team made the stay seamless. Communication leading up to our stay made arriving a breeze. We had a very minor issue that was immediately remedied and not the fault of the property manager. House was extremely clean and was large enough to host our entire party. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants + a short walk to the beach. Would come back to this property

Great time

This property was amazing and close to everything. Next time I would not go there during senior week. I have 5 boys 17 to 30 and one daughter. The owner did not like that I had so many boys and the cameras track your every move. Kind of creepy

Hi Donna, Thank you for your review. We are happy that you enjoyed the property and its location! In regard to the security camera, there is only one located at the front door of this home. (This was noted in your lease so you were aware of its presence.) I'm sorry that you felt uncomfortable, but we have previously had parents rent homes for their unsupervised, underage children and we are very wary of this possibility during high school senior graduation dates! I appreciate that you left the home in wonderful condition and I hope that you will choose to rent through us again and understand our concern in representing the owner. Penfed Realty

We had a great stay and would definitely come back! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to do in Dewey Beach while still being a great spot to relax. The host was responsive and made everything easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
