Bellamente actualizado End-Unit TH en el corazón de Dewey, a 2 cuadras de la playa

Tenga en cuenta que solo aceptamos alquileres semanales (de viernes a viernes) durante la temporada de verano. No envíe consultas para alquileres semanales parciales durante los meses de junio, julio y agosto. Gracias.

Todo lo que Dewey / Rehoboth Beach tiene para ofrecer está a una corta distancia a pie de esta maravillosa y amplia casa de pueblo actualizada. La casa está a solo 2 cuadras de la playa (y NO en la ruta 1) y a una cuadra de los numerosos bares y restaurantes de Dewey Beach. Rehoboth Beach está a 1 milla a pie, en coche o en bicicleta. Y la Bahía de Delaware está a la vuelta de la esquina. Con la proximidad de la casa a la playa, puede ir y venir como lo desee.

Cocina nueva / primer piso
¡Toda la casa ha sido ampliamente actualizada en los últimos años con una remodelación del primer piso y la cocina ahora completa! La cocina recientemente remodelada incluye encimeras de granito, gabinetes y electrodomésticos nuevos y pisos nuevos (ver fotos). La cocina también tiene una nevera / congelador con máquina de hacer hielo, horno / estufa, microondas, lavavajillas, vajilla y cubertería.

Nuestra sala de estar de gran tamaño tiene un sofá grande y un sofá cama (para 2), así como tres sillas acogedoras. Tenemos un televisor grande con pantalla plana en la pared, así como una acogedora chimenea de leña para las noches frescas. Incluye cable digital con más de 100 canales e Internet de alta velocidad. La lavadora y secadora grandes se encuentran en un armario en el nivel principal.

Dormitorios
Esta casa cuenta con una suite principal de gran tamaño con baño completo, vestidor y TV de pantalla plana. El maestro tiene una cama king y una cama queen (con mucho espacio para moverse). El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una doble. (Además, el vestidor en el dormitorio principal tiene literas individuales y una mesita de noche con aún mucho espacio en el armario para la ropa. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que esto no se considera un dormitorio y que no hay ventana en esa habitación).

Terraza / patio
Finalmente, la casa tiene un patio donde puede sentarse y relajarse por la noche después de un largo día en la playa o en el campo de golf. Hay una mesa con capacidad para 6 y un cómodo sillón. También hay una parrilla de carbón de pie de tamaño completo. También hay una ducha al aire libre para lavar la arena y el mar.

Ocupaciones
Además del sol y la diversión en la playa y la bahía, Delaware es famoso por sus compras libres de impuestos. Esta casa está a solo 5-10 minutos de los tres centros comerciales de Rehoboth y muchas otras tiendas y restaurantes. The property was perfect and our dogs loved ttheir first beach experience. Communication with tour host was clear, prompt and very accomodating. The bedrooms are spacious and the living space was wonderful to socialize and relax. Highly recommend booking this property!

Comfortable house with plenty of room! Very walkable area with the beach, restaurants and shops nearby. It's also a great area for dogs and we met plenty of friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed the welcoming vibes of Dewey Beach and the house was the arranged perfectly for our visit! We loved having dinner together on the back deck too. The extras like paper towels, laundry soap, toilet paper and other necessities are a thoughtful touch.

Place was spacious and very clean. Traveled with 3 adults and 2 kids and was room for everyone to spread out. Walk to beach is pretty easy. Very walkable to restaurants and anything else.

We loved staying here for our week in Dewey Beach. Great location, quiet area, and lovely space. The house was actually bigger than we anticipated and had a great layout. Allison was responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Quiet and spacious

The house was very clean and the location was great for access to the beach and downtown. It was also set back enough that there was very little noise from cars or Dewey nightlife. The host was very responsive concerning the property and parking.

We had such a great week at Allison’s house. We so appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, and small cooler! The house was located close enough to the beach and main strip to walk everywhere!

Great place

We enjoyed and had fun during our stay. Thanks to our host who is very nice and friendly. No issues checking in and instructions are straight forward. She helps us find places for activities and recommend restaurants that’s suitable to our liking. Place is very clean with lots of rooms. It’s a nice house and well decorated that makes you feel comfortable and feels like home. The beach, restaurants, and activities are 10-15 minutes walking distance and close to Rehoboth beach as well. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. Over all, our first experience at Dewey is wonderful with the help of our host. I highly recommend it.

Clean, spacious and stocked.

Awesome place. Three bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths, large living area on first floor with half bath. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon for guest use in very good condition. Even though we brought our own paper products, this home had extra of everything. Very clean and well kept. Beds were soft and comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. Home must be well insulated, hardly any outside or inside noise. You will need to bring, shampoo, bath towels and bed linens. Two parking spaces. The host tells you all this in her listing. She is easy to reach and offers solutions should you need something. This was a family vacation for us, we brought a 1 and 2 year old with us, a child gate for the steps, and strollers to get them around. With the babies, it’s a little hike to the beach. Even though this unit is in a decent bay side location, I may have to find something on the beach side until the babies aren’t so needy. Other than that, this place is great and I hope to rent it again someday.

Great Place!

Stayed for the weekend with family. Property was very homey, comfortable, and clean. Have to cross the highway to get to the beach, but is otherwise in a good location and easy walk to coffee shops restaurants and bars.

My retirement vacation

My vacation at Dewey beach was awesome. The property was clean, comfort and suit our family to the tee. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our family meals. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. We had plenty of parking with our 2 spaces and additional parking off the street. Allison, the owner was polite, helpful and always available. Everything is walkable from this location! Beach, bars and restaurants just blocks away! Looking forward to returning. Thank you again! An Unforgettable Beach Retreat - Outstanding 5-Star Experience!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Allison's beach rental, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we booked, Allison's communication was top-notch, ensuring a seamless and stress-free vacation. The well-stocked kitchen was a delightful surprise. Every utensil and appliance we needed was readily available, making it easy for our large family to prepare meals together. It truly felt like a home away from home. Allison's thoughtfulness extended to providing beach gear, including chairs and umbrellas. It was such a relief not having to bring all these items with us. The rental's location was superb and the convenience of nearby amenities and attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. Accommodating a large group was a breeze, thanks to the spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. The interior decor exuded a cozy beachy vibe, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and quality time together. Lastly, we want to commend Allison for her outstanding hospitality. She was always available to answer our questions and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of remarkable. In conclusion, we highly recommend Allison's beach house! We plan on coming back next year.

Secluded back porch

We loved many aspects of this property: the back porch felt secluded due to large trees behind the house, the inside was very clean with nice flooring & amenities plus 2 &1/2 baths. Beach chairs & toys were supplied. As an end unit, we also liked the side yard for the dogs. Hope to stay again next year.

Great family stay.

This was our second visit to the area, and it was much better this time because we chose this property. One of its best features is the location, an easy walk to the beach and near local restaurants and shops, but in a quiet neighborhood. The property itself is very nice, will all features and amenities just as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good value.

Gem by the Beach!

Allison’s property is one of the nicest place we have stayed during our vacation travels. Beautifully decorated, very spacious, clean and with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time. Our favorite part of the house was the deck. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinners outdoors, such a lovely time. The house is just a few minutes walk to the beach- no more than 5 minutes. The location is superb, a few minutes drive to Rehoboth with plenty of activities for the whole family (e.g Funland, mini golf, restaurants, supermarket, shopping). Communication with Allison was easy and welcoming. We will definitely be back to Allison’s property in the future. We loved it!

Great Time

We had a FANTASTIC time at this property. Terrific location, great spot with a first time puppy at the beach. College age kids and their friends as well as my husband and I all had plenty of space. We loved staying here and strongly recommend it to anyone! We’ve vacationed in the Rehoboth area for the past 15 years and this is our top 2 stays so far!

Quiet Neighborhood

End of group townhome on a quiet street. All the rooms were clean and tidy. The kitchen and common areas were roomy. The rental was larger than what we needed and would be great for 2 or 3 couples along with children. We appreciate that the hosts allowed our dog to stay for a nominal fee. The rental agreement and check in process was hassle free. Our host contacted us promptly with all the information needed for our stay. We would rent this property again without hesitation! Perfect Spot! Just close enough!

We've visited Dewey Beach/Rehoboth Beach many times but this was our first time staying in this development. It was a perfect location -- within walking distance to the main strip, close enough to hear the ocean in the morning, but still in a quiet residential area. The condo was neat, clean, and had several amenities (i.e., outdoor shower, beach chairs/umbrella/grill, washer/dryer, etc.). It even had a small deck in the back which allowed you relax with the Sunday paper or just enjoy the sunshine. I would have no hesitation in renting this condo in future. My guests and dog enjoyed the visit. Having two parking spaces was a luxury. The neighbors were also pleasant. Great job!

We are a young-ish couple that enjoys being close to the water and away from the concrete of the city! Our favorite things to do in Dewey drinking orange crushes at the Starboard (ok, I can only handle one), riding our bikes through the area, reading a book on the beach, shopping at the outlets and relaxing by the fireplace in the fall evenings!

There is nothing like Dewey Beach! Given its small size, everything in Dewey Beach is within walking distance and there is a lot to do contained within a 12 block stretch, including boating on the bay, eating at any number of restaurants, enjoying the bars and waterfront 'watering holes' that Dewey is famous for, relaxing on the beach or taking a long walk through the state park just down the road. Rehoboth Beach is next door offering endless shopping, more restaurants and bars, and entertainment and activities.
