For the most part this condo is nice. It has been update somewhat from the pictures displayed on VRBO. I liked the location in the complex, easy access to pool, gym, beach. Second night in the condo the drain pipe in the kitchen sink came off and water drained all over the floor. I contacted the owner immediately but did not hear back. We loosely attached the pipe and used something to prop it up so it wouldn’t come off again. Still no response from owner. We borrowed packing tape from a neighbor and used that to tape the pipes together, it still leaked under the cabinet. I contacted the owner 3 days later and he said he would send someone the next day. That did not happen. My husband got an electrical shock while using the microwave. A neighbor told us previous guests also received shocks while using the micro. The umbrella on the patio table is broken.Cockroach in the kitchen.I don’t feel I’m being petty with these concerns, they are health and safety issues for anyone that stays here!!If the owner will fix these things I’d stay here again.
