The house was beautiful! Very spacious and clean and close to the beach. Golf carts were a bonus to have to explore the island!

Everything, was as good as it looked or better. Perfect vacation. Management staff were great. Everything was easy, fun and perfect.

The home is beautiful! It has every amenity you could ever need. The pool and lower level outside you could live in. Also, the location has the biggest beach on the whole island just steps away. Perfect vacation!

Great home and host

The house was impeccable and equipped with everything you could ask for. The water filtration system and ice maker were a huge plus. Our host was prompt and kind. We really enjoyed our time in "Here comes the sun"!

Paradise

We’ve always enjoyed our stays in North Captiva but this time our rental property took it even further. The house was beautiful and clean. The check in process was seamless and fast. The house has everything you’ll need. Plenty of room to spread out. Pool deck was beautiful! Thank you!

4th of July Family Vacation

What an incredible home and an even better host! We have stayed in North Captiva Island before the hurricane damage and have always loved the charm of the Island. This home is absolutely beautiful and it's so perfectly stocked and accommodating, there was NOTHING we needed for our whole stay! The host has an incredible attention to detail and it shows throughout the property. The pool area is beautiful, plenty of seating, umbrellas for shade and pool toys. The home itself is amazingly stocked and the appliances are all high end as you'll usually end up cooking a lot when in North Captiva. Kale (not sure if that is spelled right) was very attentive and happy to help us get settled in on arrival. Overall, this was an amazing experience, we're grateful to the host for opening up his home to us and we certainly are planning a return visit, possibly even making 4th of July here an annual thing. Thank you to all involved, we really appreciate the hospitality, beautiful home, attention to detail and overall attentiveness during our stay. THANK YOU!!!
