Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Private home on North Captiva Island Florida. As beautiful and peaceful as the Caribbean. "ALL YOU NEED IS FUN" is on 2 tropical landscaped lots. Sleeps 10 people comfortably with a King, Queen, 2 sets of bunkbeds with an additional twin pull out sofa. All the essentials to cook or grill out. The downstairs bar & pool area is one of a kind. Relax at your own private bar, take a swim or play games in the lush tropical yard. 2 Carts

Are you ready for the beach? "ALL YOU NEED IS FUN" is ready for you!

From the minute you step off the convenient ferry boat arriving on the island, your worries are washed away. Just like stepping into the Bahamas beach vibe, but even better. The absolute best outside entertainment and games spaces await you with an outdoor bar, grill area, heated pool, games table, and lavish seating area under the house. This three-bedroom and two-bath home will surprise you with its spacious layout and interior that is perfect for your family stay. Relax and watch TV at the huge cozy sectional sofa beneath soaring vaulted & beamed ceilings. The open kitchen and dining bar join the living spaces, and porches line each side of the great room area. Attention to every detail here... plus all-new high-end appliances throughout. Indoor dining seats ten. The master suite and guest rooms are split on each side of the home. A king-size bed with a sitting area makes this master bedroom with an ensuite bath the perfect retreat. The second bedroom is a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds. The guest bedrooms will share a hall bath. Screened porch for dining al fresco plus a sitting area with fire table. Downstairs is our ONE of A KIND pool and bar area - truly one of the best outdoor spaces on the entire island. Surrounded by privacy and tropical gardens, plenty of space for playing yard games (corn hole, ladder ball, and more.) Relax at the bar or on the outdoor couch, take in some ping pong, swim in your own private pool or enjoy dancing with family and friends.

Beach gear is included - beach chairs, beach blanket, ice chest, and beach umbrellas. Just a 3-1/2 minute walk or 1-minute golf cart ride to the island's widest part of the sugar sand gulf beaches. Access to the island is by convenient ferry. Our property managers will meet you when you arrive and assist you with luggage, grocery, etc. Get ready to relax and get A Wave From It All, absolutely the ultimate paradise!

Need to take a water taxi to island. Once on island only transportation is by golf cart. 2 Golf Carts included in rental.

Getting to the Island
By Plane
There are two airports
1) SW Florida International (RSW)
2) Punta Gorda Airport (PGD)

From either airport to Islandgirlcharters contact Pine Island Taxi & Limousine, LLC for transportation for round trip.

BIG NOTE**
When driving or taking the airport shuttle from Ft Myers International (RSW), allow at least 1 hour drive time to Pineland Marina, or to Four Winds Marina. If you have to Grocery Shop then please allow additional 45-60 minutes so you can arrive at the marina at least 15 minutes prior to your water taxi departure.

By Car

From the South or North of I-75
From I-75 (exit 143) or US 41, head west on Pine Island Rd. (State Road 78), then take a right on Stringfellow Rd. (State Road 767) in Pine Island Center. Three miles down, take a left on Pineland Road. This will turn into Waterfront Drive and you'll see the Marina on the left, nestled on the shores of Pine Island Sound.

Great house w/ pool and awesome game/bar/tv hangout area under the house! Beautifully renovated home inside with great layout. Loved the close location to beach just down the street. Loved the 2 great golf carts too! We will definitely be back!!

This was our second time staying and it was just as great as the first! Kale, the property manager, was incredible and responded immediately with any inquiry we had before and during our stay. The house is wonderful but the outdoor amenities is where the house really shines. No shortage of things to do! We love Here Comes The Fun and can’t wait to come back!

Great Vacation for the family

We hand a great time, great home with lots to do in the outdoor areas. Only two restaurants were open which understandable considering it was only a few months since they got hit by the hurricane!

Perfect getaway

Booked right here the hurricane last fall, but we were very lucky the house was mostly spared. Great house for our family, close to the beach and plenty to do when staying in. Can’t wait to come back!

What a gem!!

We can’t say enough great things about this home and the property management company Tortuga! They had amazing communication long before we even got to the house and the communication continued throughout our stay. The home is perfect and the backyard is a little paradise! We loved it so much that we booked it again for New Years! Highly recommend this All You Need Is Fun!

Everything was Excellent

We've been to over to North Captiva five times and we really enjoyed this stay and especially the screened large porch and downstairs game area with plenty of seating and a large television. The kids had a great time in the pool. The island itself was still undergoing extensive clean-up form the hurricane, but this property was in great shape.

This property has it all!

This property has so much to offer! The activities at the home were well beyond our expectations. The property is well maintained, very clean and perfectly located on the island. Incredible home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful, and they have thought of everything. The pool is above average, and we loved the ping pong, jenga, rafts, lounge chairs, etc. Aldo one of the most comfortable living rooms on the island. The people with Tortuga Properies were very quick to respond and extremely flexible. Highly recommend!

Amazing House!!

We really enjoyed our stay at “ALL YOU NEED IS FUN”. The outdoor area was amazing with the pool, bar, TV, and ping pong table. Our family spent a lot of time outside. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint is one of the sliding glass doors in the living room area wouldn’t shut all the way so we didn’t have way to lock that door at night and also tons of gnats got in but overall great stay, great experience and would stay here again!!

Wonderful house on a quiet island.

Despite the temps being a little cooler than normal for this time of year, our family of four and my parents enjoyed our too-short stay. The pool wasn't heated, unfortunately, and the pool area wasn't completely clean, but other than that, the stay was great. Really liked the main area of the house, the deck, and having table tennis was fun. The back deck was great for sunning. The beach was very quiet while we were there; often had it to ourselves, and found a ton of beautiful seashells. Hospitality was great; they got our stuff off the boat and into the house, which was very nice, and were responsive about questions and small needs like batteries for the tv remotes. Would've been nice to have the pool warm, but otherwise completely recommend this place! It's a gem on a gem of an island!

Fun outdoor space

A Wave From it All was a wonderful vacation rental I would recommend to others. The home has been recently and tastefully updated and the pictures are accurate. The biggest hit for our group was the downstairs, outside space. We spent plenty of time here. All the outdoor furnishings and pool toys were new and of good quality. We loved the outdoor bar which had a smart TV, mini fridge and ice maker. The outdoor games were also a fun extra. There were 2 golf carts which were brand new. The yard, despite the recent hurricane, was tidy and cleaned up. While the rest of the island is still very littered with debris piles, the beach is clean and beautiful.

Heavenly Hideaway!

Our time at "A Wave From It All" was one of our best vacations EVER! It was gorgeous, beautifully (and newly) decorated, had high quality appliances, and all the room & supplies our family of 7 (ages 10 - 70's!) needed for a perfect stay! We all loved the pool, the fun, well-equipped, & spacious entertainment area downstairs, the outdoor dining upstairs, and so much more! The island itself is incredible! The nearby beaches were beautiful & felt private. And OHHH, the spectacular sunsets! We took a boat out one day and toured the whole beautiful area, but were all happy to get back to our heavenly hideaway! We relished being away from all commercialization and traffic! Our only regret was that our stay was not longer! Our communication with Tortuga (property management) started out great! They had suggested a great water taxi, met us on time, gave us a nice tour, and our luggage was handled perfectly. All texts and questions were responded to quickly & efficiently. The same was true for our departure. On Days 3 & 4 of our stay, there was an unfortunate communucation glitch for about a day and a 1/2 when their text line went down, and one delivery that didn't happen, but other than that, all was good. Our one suggestion would be to have an alternate form of communication with Tortuga. Our communication with the owner, Gabriel, was excellent! We would love to stay there again, and hope that will be in our future!

Perfect vacation home

Stunning home in a quiet neighborhood, steps from the beach. The property was immaculate, beautifully landscaped and has a pool, bar and game room area that rivals a 5 star hotel. The homeowners and property manager were very gracious, responsive and made our first family vacation to North Captiva a memorable one! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway - A Wave from it All.

Beautiful home!

We loved this home! The home is very well-kept, incredibly clean, and welcoming to families. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the owner provided everything we needed. The outdoor area is spectacular! There were so many games, we hung out in the evenings at the pool and around the bar, watching the outdoor television. Our family was there with several friends celebrating our recent graduates before they went away to college. We created memories that will last a lifetime. I would highly recommend this home!

Great location I would recommend this property for great memories with family and friends.

The downstairs pool area was very nice with plenty of seating, upstairs was beautifully decorated and clean with plenty of beds to accommodate a large family, The games and high quality pool rafts were amazing and so much fun. I love how there were front porches and upstairs and downstairs porches. A wave from it all was beautiful and relaxing. Tortuga Properties were great to work with and very accommodating.
