This charming home is centrally located near the heart of Canyon. It's a short walk to the downtown square, which offers several restaurants, boutiques, and seasonal festivals. West Texas A&M is around the corner for parents and family to visit their students. Families can also enjoy the short trip over to the aquatic park. Palo Duro Canyon is only a 15 minute drive and offers beautiful views, miles of hiking, and biking trails.
