Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This 2-bedroom villa has been recently renovated and is the perfect oasis for a beach vacation. Nestled in the private oceanfront complex of Palmetto Dunes with perfect access to the beach and pool, the property features a complex pool, indoors and out! You will also have access to the complex elevator, hot tub, gym, and Palmetto Dunes Buggy!

The kitchen, living room, and dining room have an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and black granite counters. The dining table seats six, and the living room features a 50'' Smart TV, comfortable chairs, and a sectional.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a 40''' Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large tub and walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also shares a private balcony, perfect for taking in the ocean views. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a 50'' Smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

Brand New Serenity Pool and Family Pool is open!

Please Note: The complex will be undergoing various maintenance and improvement projects from November 1, 2026 through April 2027. Guests may experience occasional construction noise and temporary impacts to common areas during this time. Please call our office with any questions regarding these projects.

This property was fantastic for our family of 5. It was exceptionally clean, in a great location and the view from the balcony was perfect. Would definitely recommend for other families and would certainly stay here again!

This property was very comfortable and homey. The bathrooms and showers were spacious. The beds were comfortable. Super clean and had everything we needed. I loved sitting on the balcony. This unit's balcony was in shade most of the day, making it easy to relax and read without the sun in my eyes. The view of the ocean is better than it shows in the picture and getting to the ocean is quick and easy.

Lovely beach facility, large beautiful condo.

Loved the spacious condo with two separate bedrooms and baths. Great pools and the close proximity to beach works out perfectly. Always enjoy the numerous tasty restaurants nearby. A fabulous and relaxing location.

We have stayed at Villamare 7 or 8 times and this was one of the best condos we have chosen. Very clean with nice updates. Great location within the complex. Easy access to the pool, beach, fitness center, and grills. We highly recommend this condo!

Perfect beach vaca spot!

We had an amazing time. The condo is right on the beach and we loved the place. Great food all over the island. Coffee and shops right across the street! Great view and warm pool this place is a must see. Pictures don’t do this beautiful place justice!

Lovely condo!! // Note parking extra

We loved our stay at this beautiful recently renovated condo. Great view and location as well. My only complaint is that the actual cost differed from my total at VRBO checkout because apparently the rental company charges 40 for a single parking pass and I did not see this anywhere in the listing.

Very Nice Condo with a BEAUTIFUL view!

The view is amazing and the location on the 2nd floor and the distance from the beach & pool area make it pretty quiet while sitting on the balcony. Also, a nice view of the small pond with turtles.

This is not a "Ocean Front" but does have a very nice view of the ocean and pool. Loved the pool and the short walk straight out to the beach. Renting is risky but this unit is a keeper and we enjoyed working with Island Time.

It is just a couple minutes from the door of the condo to get to the beach and/or swimming pool. The condo is clean and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed and it was a very comfortable place to stay for our vacation. We had 4 adults and 2 small children.

In the unit itself the beds all seemed new, the kitchen was well stocked, and the rooms were decorated beautifully. Our one complaint was that the floors were a little dirty but they were easy to clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE love Villemare and the new pools and landscaping are beautiful.The condo was not very comfortable for a lengthy stay. The sofa and chairs were too big and there was no place to put a glassier coffee cup while sitting on part of the sofa. The lighting was dismal and the T V antiquated.
