Gorgeous property! Loved the decor and all the little touches that made it feel like home away from home. Super clean and very comfortable beds. It was a short and easy walk down to the lake and the Dockside Grill which had amazing food.

The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches

Finger Lakes Getaway

We stayed 3 nights by over selves and with family (for 1 night) for a weekend away and our first trip to the finger lakes! While some of the restaurants nearby weren’t what we were hoping, the house and the experience was one of the best we’ve had. We highly recommend, plan to return to ourselves, and are looking forward to seeing what this new community grows to!

New & nice but the area was a little too empty

We arrived with another family on the front porch claiming this was their rental. After speaking with Jessie it was sorted that this family had booked through a different app for the same time but we booked first so we were able to stay and the app they booked off of should have never allowed them to reserve. Deadbolts to the doors stick so using the codes for the electronic deadbolts didn’t work. Eventually using the physical key, we were able to get into the house.

Our worst fears came true for this person's stay. Somehow, another booking company allowed someone to book our cottage less than 24 hrs before arrival (we do not allow last-minute stays as we are a small, family-run property) and at a time already reserved. We were so very grateful to our guest's patience as we struggled to find out, first, who the other person was, and, second how and why this happened. Their calm demeanor and understanding were appreciated, and I'm glad we could get it sorted promptly for them to enjoy their stay. That other booking company has since been terminated and all funds were returned to the last-minute mystery guest. We also found them other accommodations for their one-night stay.
