Our 15th floor penthouse is extremely private with only 4 villas on the floor. You have an abundance of deluxe amenities including plush towels, super soft bedding, bathroom niceties, oversized beach towels, full-size washer/dryer, signature state-of-the-art kitchens designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, Sub-Zero, Wolf appliances, granite countertops and all the appliances and kitchenware needed to serve a gourmet dinner or prepare afternoon snacks.

The resort features an oversized quiet lap pool, lagoon pools, sand-bottom pool for the kids to enjoy, spas, dry sauna and steam room, koi ponds, Makai Hale Beach Bar, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor barbecues and a smoke-free premise. Plus, just a hop, skip and jump to the beach.

The Best!

We had the best time at this property. The Condo is amazing, the views are spectacular, and the host was absolutely gracious and wonderful. The property has adult pools, tiki bar, and private lagoon beach with rentable cabanas and umbrella chairs. The area of Ko Olina is super nice, surrounded by resorts and nice restaurants. We loved the amenities of the unit as well, which offered an ice chest, wagon, beach gear, and towels. The washer/dryer in the unit was super convenient as well. We just can't say enough good things about our experience. Best Hawaii vacation ever!

Beautiful

Property and grounds were beautiful. Penthouse was clean and had everything we needed. Shopping and dining was close by and convenient. We loved the lagoons at Ko Olina. Calm waters, shade, no crowds. We had a great time.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

Very clean with great views. Location is perfect if you are looking to stay away from the Waikiki crowds but still be close enough to take a short trip into Town to support the local businesses. Highly recommended.

A nice condo

The condos are very nice. If you want to be in Ko Olina this is where to be. Smaller than the other major resorts in the area. There are two buildings, the Beach and the Ocean. This is the Beach and is behind the Ocean. We met many owners while there. They gave us the plus and minus of each building. I would also state Penthouse is used for floor 10-16 (no 13 floor). As this condo is on the 15th floor you will have people above you. The first couple of days we didn't have people above us but last couple we did and it does make a difference. Noise travels from balcony to balcony very easily. Condo is as advertised. There are a ton of beach things at the condo so be sure to look before you buy anything. Do note NO umbrellas are allowed in the lagoons so don't bother dragging them to the beach. There are rules for the condo for parking, towels on patios, etc. It didn't bother us but many guests were complaining about it while we were there. The workout room is well-appointed. I enjoyed the wet and dry saunas in the ladies locker room. Every night there was a singer song writer at the little bar. Usually, we could year it from the patio. As others had mentioned no restaurant on site but that was a big deal for us. In the main bedroom there is a closet that has HVAC and it can be loud. I got ear plugs and it was no longer an issue. We had a bit of an issue checking in but mistakes happen. Not that big of deal except made a long day of travel a bit longer.

The accommodation was nice but the heat pump and air conditioning unit were very loud and bothersome when trying to sleep. The unit could have been better supplied. I have stayed at Ko Olina before but a different condo. Much better stocked.

Amazing

Everything was exactly what was told to us…just an amazing penthouse and location. Views of the lagoon were breathtaking and amenities were perfect for our family. The gourmet kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. Our family utilized the washer and dryer, King-size aerobed, beach towels, big-screen TV for movie nights and many more things that was available to us. We had a wonderful time and will cherish the many fun memories we made staying at this beautiful place. Mahalo plenty!!!

Magical ocean view

We loved our stay here! It was special to have coffee with an ocean view and occasionally see whales spouting! The property manager was easy to reach. It was a quiet unit with comfortable beds.

We booked this for Thanksgiving last minute. Hosts were very accommodating and thought of everything you’ll need! We appreciated the extras like beach and snorkel gear, snacks and a late checkout. By far our favorite was the amazing view!

Amazing!

We took our son and his wife to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary at this beautiful place and are so glad we did! The Aloha spirit was everywhere, and the staff was excellent. We loved sitting on the Lanai and watching the breathtaking sunsets. I enjoyed my morning swims in the heated pool and afternoons at the lagoon. So refreshing. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, just what all of us needed. A great stay all around!

Amazing location and stunning views. The unit has 180 degree views of Ko Olina and its blue lagoons. The property manager was great and accomodated our requests. Overall, stayed with family and would stay here again in the future. MAHALO!

Magical, Laid Back, Relaxing

Took our parents and some family to celebrate our 25th anniversary and these units were amazing! The property manager was on top of everything even throughout the length of our stay. You can’t find a more serene quiet place to stay than here! Will definitely be back!

Lovely Ko’Olina Beach Villas

The condo was perfectly situated within the complex with beautiful views of the ocean and interesting things to watch each day. We used the bbq’s down by the pool and the condo had plenty of tools for a good cook if you feel like it. Shane, Holly, Lynn, on the management side could not have been nicer or more helpful. The grounds around the facility are beautifully maintained. The staff, absolutely refreshing in their kindness. The aloha spirit was everywhere and we really appreciated that. Thank you for hosting us and we would love to return!

Such a beautiful spot!

We loved the property and location. The views were incredible and felt very comfortable in the condo. The place was clean and kitchen was stocked. We will/would definitely return. Only constructive feedback I would give is regarding check in. The old property management contact info was provided to us and so when we arrived and called, the old manager was frustrated and indicated they no longer work on the property. It eventually got worked out but it delayed our arrival and even then I had a number of different contacts and didn't know who my primary contact was supposed to be. The staff onsite were incredibly nice and helpful BTW! Also other small note for families. The pool temp fluctuated significantly from day to day. Some days it was too cold to swim. Could have been the weather or the maintenance going on at the property but it was a little bit of a bummer a couple of the days that we couldn't enjoy the pool.
