THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

My group of 6 adults had a fantastic stay at this home. It was clean, well-equipped for both beach fun and making meals at home. The beds were comfortable, the patios offered amazing views, and the communication was excellent. The walk to the beach requires some uphill/downhill, which was a little challenging for one family member, but still doable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful 3-story home with upscale decor, appliances, fixtures and amenities throughout. The owners clearly make guest comfort a top priority and are skilled and experienced hosts. We stayed here with 2 young children who loved the ocean views, outdoor patio and walkway, sea breeze, comfortable beds, outside area and neighborhood. Tamarack Beach was a very short drive across the street and was perfect for relaxing and building sand castles. We will definitely look at BeachHaus first for our future San Diego rentals.

Perfect family beach vacation

Right from our first interaction with our hosts we knew this stay was going to be amazing. They were very accommodating and thoughtful even leaving small gifts for the toddlers in our group (which a huge hit). Our breath was taken away with the views and quality of the house. The beach was easily accessible as was the great downtown area of Carlsbad. The views from the decks were spectacular and each bedroom was well appointed. Can’t say enough about our host and overall experience. If they would have us we would make this our annual vacation

Beautiful Beach House Minutes Away from Tamarack Beach!

We stayed for a full week with four separate couples (one with a young child), and we couldn’t be happier with the space and cleanliness of the home! It never felt crowded — the layout across three levels gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy their own space. The location was perfect — less than a mile from downtown Carlsbad, with tons of great dining and shopping options nearby. The Beachhaus Rentals team was fantastic! Communication was seamless, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. We’re already looking forward to coming back next summer!

Beautiful property! We gathered for a family anniversary at the beach and it was perfect. Tons of well thought out space for 4 couples. Appreciated the 3 kings with our tall family. Lovely gathering area and outside space. Great kitchen if you like to cook! Can't wait to return!

Gorgeous House and Views

Property management was top notch and so responsive. House was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The views are breath taking on every level of this home. The beach is only a block away with easy access. The village of Carlsbad has lots of restaurants and shopping so you don’t have to leave the area. Would highly recommend this 5 star accommodation.

Beach House Paradise

The neighborhood itself is extraordinarily quiet. From the time we got there, to when we left, there was nothing that ever disrupted the peace of our trip. The kitchen, bedrooms, living room had everything we needed. Everything was in working order and top of the line. There were even beach toys for our kids and that was great to have. And the beach was a calm 3-4 min walk down the road. Kitchenware, towels, were all clean. TV and internet were without glitches. When we come back we will definitely be staying there again.

Hot Tub Heaven

We truly enjoyed our family getaway at Tamarack Getaway. The house is beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Layout was perfect for the number of people we were traveling with. The views are awesome and the hot tub on the patio was a huge hit! The walk to the beach is easy and enjoyable. The trails out the back door are perfect for dog walks! Loved the place providing shampoo, conditioner, soaps, TP, paper towels, laundry soap, beach towels, beach toys, wagon, and umbrella! Nice attention to detail! Thank you BeachHaus Rentals!

Beautiful house in a location with stunning views.

House is in a great location, with just a short walk down to the beach. The house has an open concept first floor that was perfect for the 8 of us to gather for fun and meals. Beautiful glass doors in the back that fully open to the back patio area that has a large table and a hot tub. The view to the ocean is amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessary pots, pans, bowls, plates, glasses etc. It had everything we needed. The second floor had 2 nice bedrooms that share a full bathroom and one amazing primary suite that was fantastic! The primary had a spectacular patio and ocen views from bed. The 3rd level had bedroom #4 and contained a gathering space and a rooftop deck that was amazing. All rooms were stocked with plenty of pillows, blankets, heaters, fans, irons and more.The house was very clean. The garage contains beach chairs and the house has a basket of beach towels. it just had everything we needed and more. Communication with the host went smoothly. I would highly recommend this Tamarack Beach house.
