Excellent location and condo

We really enjoyed our stay. I love the east end of Panama City Beach. It is not as crowded and close to the marina and many less crowded restaurants. The beach area and parking area were perfect!

We had a great stay with no major issues! The kitchen was well-stocked, the available beach chairs were an added bonus, and the view from the balcony was amazing.There were 5 adults staying here, and the comfort of the twin beds (and even the queen) left a little something to be desired. If a family with kids was staying here instead, I would assume it would be less of a concern, but mattress toppers or something like that would have enhanced our sleeping experience.Communication was clear, never had an issue getting in touch with the rental team to ask questions, and the cleanup requirements were minimal. We never ended up using any of the added perks like the rounds of golf and such, and even without that would definitely consider staying here again!

Was great, very clean and very convenient location.

No complaints, even with double red flags for the entirety of the stay we had a great time playing on the beach and at the different pools. Never had any problems finding parking close by, and within 10 mins of almost everything we did. 100% would stay again.

Perfect Condo for Family

This condo was very clean and up to date. The room with the beds was big enough for all 5 of our boys to sleep in and the 2nd floor was not a hassle for carrying everything. This condo was everything and then some. Will definitely stay again.

Home away from home

I have been staying at Dunes of Panama for 25 years and have never been disappointed. The beds in the unit I just visited could have been more comfortable, a memory foam topper would take care of that.

Dunes of Panama is my favorite so far of 4 different facilities that we have stayed at (that are at a reasonable budget) The 3 pools was awesome and Stingrays was such a cute on-site place to grab food. We found the condo to be in a convenient location to many of the restaurants we were told to visit. We found the condo spacious enough for our group. Th large balcony was great for all of us to enjoy The beach was not overcrowded on our end which was nice.
