Very important: Bag all trash—no loose items. Use correct bins: Blue=bagged trash, Green=recycle only, Black=yard waste. Violations may result in a $250 City of Gulf Breeze fine.
Please bring in the white patio furniture cushions and stack them in the dining room next to the table.

It's a modern style and freshly renovated spacious beach house in Gulf Breeze, (Pensacola) Florida with a large pool and just five minutes from the gorgeous emerald waters of Pensacola Beach. The house sleeps max of 13 people and features four bedrooms including one king size bed, two rooms with one queen each, a kids room with two bunkbeds and a trundle (5 beds total), and a queen pull out sleeper sofa. Take advantage of the fast and free unlimited WiFi, a 75" 4K LED Smart TV in the living room, and 43" 4K LED Smart TV's in every bedroom. Plus a fully stocked kitchen for all your meal preparation and dining needs. One mile away from the house is another park named Shoreline Park that includes boat launches, public swimming areas, trail systems, and more. You are perfect located by the beach, parks, and beautiful downtown Pensacola shopping. This house truly has it all!
