Beautiful Victorian-style home - 15 min from beach

The Blue Heron (Unit D) - Located in East Hill, Pensacola, this 3,000 sq. ft., newly remodeled 2-story Victorian home is the perfect spot for families to unwind and relax for days on end. You can choose to enjoy the summer breezes on the home's wrap around porch, get some sun on the back patio deck or camp out by the koi pond in one of the adirondaks. There is also a private upstairs balcony - accessed from one of the (full) bedrooms. Original hardwood floors, and crown molding flow throughout the home. The kitchen has plenty of space for you to prepare a magnificent meal or to just enjoy takeout from a restaurant nearby. There is one bedroom w/2 double beds and one full bath downstairs that will accommodate 4 guests max. The 1st floor of the house boasts 12-ft ceilings trimmed with the most gorgeous crown molding in the entry way downstairs. Four bedrooms and two shared bathrooms upstairs will accommodate 10 guests (max). The master bathroom has been totally remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower with tub. The original windows allow plenty of sunlight into the home to brighten you day, if desired. Ceiling fans are mounted in each bedroom and also on the porch. Take a stroll (or jog) through the neighborhood to a nearby park for more outdoors relaxation. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and downtown Pensacola are 5 - 10 minutes away. The beach is about 15 minutes away.
Three additional VRBO rentals are also located on the property and may be available to accommodate 7 additional guests.

We stayed at the house when a family member unexpectedly passed away right before Christmas. The house could not have been more perfect. There were ten adults staying there multiple nights and we had lots of other family over for big breakfasts and dinners. We made great use of the open floor plan, the generous bedrooms, the big kitchen and the lovely and peaceful outdoor space. Honestly, this house was a Godsend during a very difficult time. We are so grateful! Thank you Staci!

Quiet Historic Charm

The house was in a great location for our stay with a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the wrap around porch with rockers and the back yard. The house offered plenty of room for my family and was very spacious as advertised. The house has lovely historic charm and the decor was beautiful. I will say that the original door knobs were loose and we were kind of scared to pull or turn them. (I would tighten those up.) The property was clean and offered plenty of towels in all the bathrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen is beautifully remodeled and modern. AGAIN we truly enjoyed our stay and loved the home. We are thinking of when we can come back for another visit to use that location.

This home fit my family perfectly. (14) We came in for a wedding. The downstairs bedroom, along with an air mattress (which by the way, there was plenty of room), held my son and his family (6), upstairs, my son had his own room, my daughter and her 2 young ones had their own room and my other daughter also had her own room. The master suite for my husband and I was perfect with a huge bathroom. This large home was quiet too. Quite from the outside and inside if you were upstairs sleeping. Huge kitchen and living area. Dining area separate. Fenced in back yard with a Koi pond. This home was way more than I expected. You will not be disappointed. Also, apparently not paying attention to the keyless entry instructions, I reached out and the host unlocked the door for us. She was on the spot! She responded immediately. 5 stars is not enough !

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

The home was beautiful and spacious. The host included everything we needed to be comfortable. The house was conveniently located near the beach and the venue. We plan to use this house for every trip to Pensacola.

Wedding party stay

We booked this beautiful house after my daughter got engaged last summer. When we arrived last week we were so happy with the house and the cottages on the property. It was perfect for our large extended family and allowed all of us to be together for the whole weekend. Staci was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. Charming old home

Right away we noticed it was a very unique home. Old home built in 1920 but with updated kitchen and baths. Lots of room for our group. My 7 yr old granddaughter loved the koi pond. Host Staci was so responsive to our needs of a few kitchen items. Area is right in the heart of downtown. Definitely would recommend staying here if you have a large group.

Victorian homey vibe

Family Thanksgiving Vacay

This property worked perfectly for our family group of 17. The main Victorian house was stunning. The smaller 2 homes on the property were great for our group. The owner was on point in every category! Would definitely stay again. You will love it. The porch and grounds and Koi pond were so nice.

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood

Great home for a family gathering, well maintained and clean. Downstairs bedroom for older folks that can't climb stairs. Had a wonderful time! Just need towel racks in two of the bathrooms.

Best house in pensacola

This was a great house in a great neighborhood. Its super convenient for restaurants, aviation museum, fishing, diving, and the beach. And the owner was super responsive and helpful. A great stay.

Perfect Place for Family!

We stayed here while visiting to celebrate my son’s Navy winging ceremony. Location is perfectly, close to the airport and to downtown. The space is beautiful and fit our family of 8 perfectly. Will stay here again if we get the chance, thank you!!

Great Gathering Place

We rented this property to accommodate family coming from all over the country to attend my daughter's wedding. What a lovely home. There was enough room for each couple/family to have their own room and space. We did have to rent an additional cottage on the property for a couple of extra family members. Huge remodeled kitchen and living room area. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Staci was very communicative and the check-in process was seamless. Now that we have family in the area, we would definitely rent the space again. Thanks Staci!

A Great Gathering House

So impressed with Staci’s property. No issues at all. The house is huge and had a lot of ample spaces along with cute areas for you to retreat to. The backyard was a vision and we were obsessed with the Koi Pond. Parking was great since this property is on the corner. Will definitely book with Staci again!
