Take a break & unwind in this peaceful one bedroom unit right on the water in the quiet East End gallery district of Provincetown. The unit is located on Commercial St’s bay side with blissful views of sunrises & magic hour. Featuring an open space with reclaimed wood & glass sliding doors that lead you right to a garden patio with beach access, beach deck & lounge chairs! This is the perfect place for your Ptown on the water getaway! There are other units available in this house. See property IDs below.

The unit is located on the 1st floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The main space features a big open space dining room, kitchen, and living room with a pull out full sofa bed, a library of old books and a smart TV. There is a separate small bedroom with a full bed where you can fall asleep to the lapping waves if you open the window, and also a full bathroom. There is a small desk with a chair, more like a cute old fashioned writing desk. In the summer, turn on the fan, open the sliders and enjoy the sea breeze! There is no AC in the unit. In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the water during magic hour while reading a book!

This unit does not have AC, just fans & the sea breeze!

There is a comfortable full sleeper in the living room which offers a second sleeping space. The windows have curtains and linens will be provided upon request. There’s nothing like waking up to the sounds of the lapping waves and bay views!

Note that we keep the storage room locked at all times (the door to the left of the kitchen).

The beach deck is communal and is for everybody to enjoy... but you'll most often be the only one using it. The garden is private and only you will be enjoying it. In

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties allowed. This is not a party house. We have other renters in the house.
Pets must be housebroken, not bark a lot, and be safe around furniture. Don't leave any poop bags outside. Pet fee for short term stays: $150/week.
Please open the windows and turn on the fan if you plan on cooking with smoke. We have wired smoke alarms throughout the house.

Absolutely perfect weekend-getaway, place to stay. On the quieter end of Commercial St which was perfect for us…nice restaurants and art galleries. The house itself is perfect, quant rustic cottage feel, right on the water…absolutely stunning.

We enjoyed our stay so much. This was located in the artsy district of p-town. This particular accommodation really added to our experience. Waking up to the ocean brings a peace to you. Alain was very accommodating, as we were not easy renters. Our dogs were high maintenance as they needed to be kept cool. The people of the town were very welcoming. I highly recommend renting this amazing waterfront apartment.

Clean, adorable and gorgeous location

Alain is a wonderful and communicative host in addition to the property being just as advertised. The property is clean and Alain was very responsive throughout booking and our stay. Although we stayed during a colder time (no ocean dips for us), the view was beautiful and the space was cozy. The beach is literally at the back door and it was a mere ten minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street festivities. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy their stay in P-Town!

The view! The view! The view! This unit was incredible for waking up and looking at the Cape Cod Bay. It is convenient to grocery stores, galleries and restaurants. Alain is quick to respond to needs. A great place to stay on the water in Provincetown.

The apartment was in an amazing spot. It was an older apartment. It was clean, functioning, and comfortable. We met Alain on the way in and he couldn’t have been nicer. Everything was so well organized we didn’t ever need him but we knew he was there. We had a great stay at the apartment and would stay there again.

A smallish, (cozy) one bedroom ground floor apartment, with fantastic waterfront views... and a deck overlooking the water/shallow tidal beach . It is on the west side of town where most of the artist galleries are located and two of P'Town's best restaurants steps away. Parking is an issue, as it is throughout P'Town

This is a great one bedroom dog friendly apartment right on the water. Alain was very attentive and friendly. He also stays at the rental so if you need anything at all he is right there on location. The only feedback apart from it being a great location with a great host is to convey to guests that this apartment is not air conditioned. We were in p-town during July and it was very very hot even though Alain provided us with extra fans. It got very very warm inside during the day. The listing did imply that there is a thermostat that guests may control down to 60 degrees. That is not the case in this unit. I was up front with Alain about the fact that we were very warm and he did like I said provide fans but we needed the extra boost of an air conditioner. Thank you to our hosts again for allowing us to bring our dogs as they are family. Arlo (our dog)particularly liked Alain. Thank you again!

A Serene Escape with Ocean Views

Nestled in the heart of Provincetown, this 1-bedroom waterfront vacation rental is a true gem. The semi private beach and deck offer an unparalleled sense of seclusion and tranquility, making it the perfect retreat from the bustling town life. The ocean views from the deck are simply breathtaking, especially during sunrise when the sky paints a canvas of vibrant colors. The deck itself is well-equipped with lounge chairs and umbrella, round dining table and 4 chairs, providing a comfortable spot to relax and soak in the serene atmosphere. The interior of the rental is open and bright, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The appliances, dining ware, utensils etc. in the kitchen allow for easy meal preparation. There is no AC but our stay it was not crazy hot and the Ocean breeze and fans kept it cool. One of the highlights of this rental is its location. It’s just steps away from all the fun of Commercial Street’s shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, yet it offers a peaceful haven where you can unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, this vacation rental is an great choice for anyone looking to experience the charm of Provincetown while enjoying the luxury of private beach access and stunning ocean views. It’s an experience that combines soulfulness, serenity, and scenery in perfect harmony.
