Unit T11 is the ideal vacation spot for travelers seeking an unforgettable getaway! This stunning 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit offers absolute comfort, starting with the relaxing king size bed and ending on the private covered patio. Soak up the sun during the day while swimming, sightseeing and shopping and cozy up to the patio at night for your favorite beverage. Just a few blocks away you'll find the Pier Village, packed with restaurants, shops, a fishing pier, lighthouse and more!
Ocean Walk is a beautiful complex and offers something for everyone. The clubhouse has a business center with printer and fax, a well equipped fitness center, coin operated laundry facilities, and a ping pong table. There are two pools (the front pool is heated), and a stunning lake that is stocked for fishing! Come experience the vacation of your dreams and make lasting memories on St. Simons Island!
Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.

The unit was very nice. The neighbor that we met was nice. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and clean. Very responsive to messages. And very accommodating to checking in early.

The dishes weren't clean. We had to wash them before any use. The kitchen needs cleaned and more towels, dish clothes should be provided. Ive stayed at at many VRBO sites and this was lacking attention. The maintance of the front cabinets need painted.

Disappointed

The property was ok in teens of decoration. However, it was not clean, we didn't cook, and the kitchen and the bathroom were not adequately cleaned. We did not have paper towels or napkins. Everything was below average. We love Saint Simons, and we visit the island quite often, but we will not rent this property again. Thumps down to the Host.

For a two-night stay, it was adequate and the property manager did follow through on texting us when the unit was cleaned so that we could check in a couple of hours early. My biggest complaint with this unit is that bathroom vanity is a more appropriate height for small children than for adults; the bathroom needs updating. While the property as a whole is very attractive, the back patio of this unit faces a fence separating Ocean Walk from the adjacent property and lacks any aesthetics.
