Remodeled House with Pool on Quiet cul-de-sac! Walk to beach on Bay!

Newly remodeled house with private pool on a quiet cul-de-sac. Walk to a small private beach on the bay with the Gulf only 6 miles away. Local boat ramp in the neighborhood and dock your boat at a marina only 1 mile away! For more than 6 guests we have a separate mini-apartment, a Cabana, with all its own amenities.

The house:
The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with absolutely no through traffic. Great for your peace, relaxation and safety of your children. Recently remodeled with huge open living room, kitchen and dining area. Kitchen with all amenities to include: rice cooker, crock pot, air fryer, 2 coffee pots, all kinds of cookware. Walk in master bath shower, large washer and dryer, and extra TV in one bedroom,

The area:
Only 150 feet from a small, secluded beach in our neighborhood on the bay (see the pictures)! is only 6 miles from the beautiful Emerald Coast beach on the Gulf. We are also only 1,200 feet from another public beach on the bay that has a free boat ramp for smaller boats! There is a Full-size marina only 1 1/2 miles away in the neighborhood! Nearby are state parks, museums, 3 golf courses, the Gulfarium Marine park, Okaloosa pier, Okaloosa island beach access, Destin Harbor walk, putt-putt golf courses, go cart tracks, adventure park, and MANY fun things to do within 15-minute drive! If you adventure further, you can drive down scenic 30A to Panama City or to Navarre and Pensacola to the West. I recommend you check out the many Destin travel videos on YouTube. One in particular by Tampa Aerial Media has a Destin travel video that is extremely detailed and even shows you the prices of the various activity and event options.

The Cabana:
For 7 to 9 guests, you get to use the extra mini-apartment (cabana) in the backyard. It has a queen bed, pull out sofa, TV, refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom is downstairs and available for when using the pool or outside.

The Pool and Backyard:
We did a Pool remodeling last year! The new pool is only 4 1/2 ft at the deep end. Perfect and safe for the entire family. I do however, REQUIRE THAT ALL ADULT GUESTS SIGN A SAFETY AND RELEASE WAIVER. See rental agreement for details. The outbuilding has its own bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower for your use when enjoying the pool. There are several chairs, tables and area to spread out by the pool or under cover by the back of the house. The charcoal grill is available for your use as well.

Other Amenities:
You get much more than any standard rental. In addition to all the extras in the kitchen already mentioned, I also have probably dozen beach towels, a beach umbrella, floaties, inner tubes, several coolers and plenty of extras you can borrow for the pool or the beach! You can borrow an extra fold-out table for your grilling.

As mentioned, you MUST read the rental agreement! This is designed for your safety and ours. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms. In addition, when your party arrives, we will meet you and ALL adults in your party will be required to sign.
