Great host, all you need to do is give him a call with any questions or requests. Lives across the street and is absolutely the nicest guy you will ever meet. The property was GREAT for our group. We had everything we needed.

The stay was great! The beds were comfortable. The extra supplies in the shed were great for beach days. The hosts were great and were helpful with any questions we had. We would recommend this property and would stay again

Fishing trip location

Stayed at this establishment for a fishing trip out of Fort Walton Beach. Had a great time close to the location and to the beach area. Beach was crowded, but that was to be expected. This home was lovely and in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, close to shopping and dining locations. Would definitely stay again.

Great 1st VRBO experience

Very informative host. The place was well kept and clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood maybe 10 minutes from the beach. Definitely would recommend this place!

Perfect

We had a great time!! Mike met us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour around the property to make sure we had everything we needed. They even had a map ready for us be able to find the way to private beach front. The house was beautiful and clean in such a cute and quiet neighborhood with a private backyard while still close enough to restaurants and everything else we planned to do during our stay. We will definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect

This house was perfect for my family. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Access to the bay is either a short walk or drive from the house. It is also close to the airport, which was handy for us. The property and amenities were clean and plentiful. The pool was a great addition. We were also close to places we love to visit when visiting my sister.

Overall a great experience. The house host was super friendly and helpful. The house was clean and we really enjoyed the privacy of being in a house as opposed to a large condo. Conveniently located close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and we will be booking again when we get ready for another family beach trip!!

We loved this property!! Mike is a wonderful host who came and checked us in and gave us lots of suggestions of activities. He had given us the tour or the entire house. All the amenities in the house were above par. Huge inventory of towels which would not run out with family of 5. Our kids enjoyed the property and the pool. Wells highly recommend this property and looking forward to staying at our next visit. Thank you again Mike for your hospitality!

Awesome rental property!

Loved the house in a nice, quiet neighborhood! The bed I had in my room was more comfortable than my own - I slept great every night. Mike was very attentive to our needs and met us the first night to show us around, showed us the amenities and told us about the area in general. Although we didn’t use it as much as we normally do, the pool was really nice and very clean. Definitely a great place to stay for the week, and we’d come back again! Thanks Mike to you and your wife for a great week and sharing your home!

Fishing trip

We have a boat at two George’s marina and didn’t want to stay on the beach. This property is very convenient to get to the marina. We stayed in the main house and the pool house. Both were perfect for what we were doing. The main house has lots of space and even with seven people we never feel cramped. All the beds were very comfortable and the main house bathrooms were very nice. The pool house bathroom is not air conditioned so it gets a little stuffy in there when taking a shower. That really didn’t bother any of us but if that is a concern you could always go in one of the main house bathrooms to shower. Will definitely stay here again!
