Ok to start the pros, we couldn't get into the property and the maintenance man came within 10 minutes and then came back and even replaced the lock. Even the cleaning lady come to make sure we were ok. The house was 79 it was hot outside and the house couldn't keep up. She said she would ask the owner if she could buy a fan for the property and so glad she did because the house the next day and it was 83 inside. Location was great and safe. Cons if you have any mobility issues be aware the the couches are really low one is on the ground and might have trouble getting up. The bathrooms need maintenance the primary had mold and orange fungus growing out of the tile. The ac could not keep the house cool, so if you're like myself and family who like a house comfortable don't go in thr heat. They also need maintenance on the wood around the property for safety issues. We didn't have any hot water during our stay, we didn't tell him until we left because the cold water felt nice when it was so hot in the hosue. If these things were resolved it would be great.

Everything was clean and fresh feeling. Everything in the home worked as it should. Communication with the host was easy. Checkin and checkout process was simple and straight forward. Price point was very affordable. The home met all of our needs perfectly while we were attending the event at the Expo center.

This was a great house and a good location near bars and restaurants. It was a comfortable stay for 2 our dog. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware – better than other places I have stayed.Each bedroom had a TV, which was great. We did not use the third bedroom but I will say if you have kids and or a baby the third bedroom has two cute twin beds and there's a highchair, etc..I recommend staying at this property if you want to be in a good position to take in lots of things around town.
