Great spot for a quick trip!

The location is amazing. It’s quiet, cozy, and safe. Loved the amount of space we had for 2 people. It was nice to have laundry and a golf cart. The door is a bit tricky and the garage door locks behind you (easy to do if it’s not something you’re used to) but they do not give you the code for the door, so be extra careful! One of the bikes was completely broken so that was a bummer, but otherwise perfect for what we needed.

Take Note of Floor Plan

Beautiful home! Comfortable beds, spacious couch & very responsive HVAC system. The floor plan was great for me & my adult son, but may not work if you have younger children given the bedrooms are two floors apart and the lower one is on the ground floor with the exterior doors.

Terrific Getaway

We’ve stayed in this property twice. It’s perfect for us! We love staying in this part of BHI. The house had only one beach chair in the garage this time, but a kind neighbor lent us a second one. Otherwise, well equipped and cozy comfortable! Overall, a seamless trip.

Great little escape

Well located house that was the perfect size for me, my husband, teenage daughter and our dog. East Beach area is our favorite part of the island. Truly a maritime forest. Easy walk, bike or golf cart ride to the beach or Shoals Club. Great park nearby. Kitchen is small, but well appointed. We cooked fresh seafood from the market several nights we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

Love. Love. Love. Cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at! Great location to everything on the island. Immaculately decorated! Did I mention it was clean??? We will be back!

This house was fine - not bad not great. It was cleaned well, plenty of linens, and communication with the management company was prompt and clear. Mostly it just could use a refresh. The house itself was fine for the two of us but would have felt tight with more. The kitchen was very small and not well equipped but we didn't do a lot of cooking. Location to east beach (the best beach!) was good. 5 minute walk. Note that the woodsy location brought more palmetto bugs and spiders. Management company very quickly addressed palmetto bugs, which are hard to avoid in this region. They did have beach towels which were not promised. If you plan to bike a lot you would probably want to rent bikes as the ones with the house weren't great. If you plan to be out and about most of the time then this house is great for that.
