Love this condo

Condo was located in a area to get to all the touristy things we wanted to see. We rented this to be close to Lincoln Financial Field it was perfect. We loved the extra touch of the coffee station. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. It was Easy to enter the apartment and Michael was a perfect landlord. Any questions we had were answered within 10 minutes of sending an email. The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to the Rodin museum, the Barnes foundation and Chinatown and many other attractions in Philadelphia. Great space for a family of 4. It was a nice walk to the zoo and a fairly easy drive to the city center to explore. We had no issues with on street parking. There weren't many great food options that we found in the neighborhood was the only drawback for us.

Clean, spacious space with nice decor

This was a great spot for a weekend trip to visit colleges. The unit was very clean with comfortable beds and nice decor. The surrounding neighborhood is depressed and blighted and we observed some car break ins on our walk to Drexel so that was the only concern but we had no issues. Onsite parking was a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again in the future.

My son and I met up with a friend who recently moved to the area, and we had a great stay! The beds were comfortable. All the supplies we could need were provided. We used Uber to head into University City for dinners and into the Historic District for site-seeing.

Great space everyone had their own bathroom!! Art all over the neighborhood was easy to commute to all our inner city activities. Place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in could not have been easier. Lots of conveniences there so you don't need to bring your own. We saw a coffee pot in the photo and brought flters and grounds and found it updated to a Keurig so if you have. your favorite pod's bring em, but luckily our host left pods for us as well. It was a great stay and we would totally stay here again!

Nice place, no top sheets

Very nice home and location. No top sheets on two of the beds so we literally had to sleep under the comforter. What is the chances they wash the comforters every time? Also, we forgot something and remembered about an hour after checkout time. I sent a message asking if we could return to get it but never got a response. Other than that it is a very nice place and location.
