Our condo is perfectly situated on the 6th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and stress and park directly on the 6th floor!!!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! We also have a bonus room for luggage or storing your beach chairs and umbrellas.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Our family with 8 adults and 3 kids went for summer vacation. We normally stay in a house but decided to try this condo. We loved it! It had everything we needed, right on the beach, clean and good location. I would stay here again. There is sand toys and beach chairs in the closet which was a plus!

Last Hurrah Before School Starts

The listing was exactly what we received! We can’t wait to come back! We had 11 guests and the condo was the perfect size. The kids loved the slide and the beach access. Everything was very well maintained and we loved having a washer and dryer available. The kitchen amenities were perfect and allowed us to start each day with breakfast and a quick lunch before heading out to the beach. The closet full of beach chairs, toys, and floaties were an added bonus!

The unit needs some TLC. The mattresses need to be replaced, the area rug was very dirty, there were stains on the sofa and dining chairs. It just needs some replacements and a good thorough cleaning. It's a nice unit but seems to be neglected.

This place was amazing! We had four children in our group and it was such a great location to go to the beach and then have two pool spots for them to hang out in. There is plenty of room for our two families of four and my parents. My dad also has some mobility issues and it was super accessible for him with the elevator and the parking right there. The views are amazing and all the furnishings in the house were really nice, we were really happy. Our only suggestion was the beds could be a little more comfortable, but everything else was great! The just checked in on us twice which was really nice:) We plan on rebooking!

Had 8 people in the group, and the place was spacious enough to fit everyone comfortably. Lots of space to store your stuff and food items, as well. Big open living room and great view of the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Would stay here again in the future!

Great property, clean and well maintained. Check-in time of 4:30 and lobby closing at 5, made getting beach and pool gate code and parking pass difficult. Especially if you have early plans the day after arrival.

Amazing place to stay!

Our stay was great! Our condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures are great, but still doesn't do it justice! It was clean! It had great views! It was in a great location! The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Theres really not a negative thing about this place! This will be the first place we look from now on when we visit Gulf Shores. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great spring break!

Condo is clean and well furnished and stocked as promoted. Parking is steps away in the ramp. Only 4 condos per floor. And though it was spring break it wasn’t too noisy. The indoor pool was great! Only disappointment was that the outdoor pool with the slide was very cold. Would recommend this place.

We had a great time staying at this Condo. It was just like the VRBO said it would be. Michael was very kind had wound have been willing to help with anything we needed. I would have liked to have better sheets on the bed. I thought it was sand in the bed however it was just nubby sheets. Overall we will be back.

Great Condo

Very nice condo. Parking right out the door on the 6th floor, so no need to take the elevator. Grocery carts and luggage carts just inside on every floor. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private full bath, which was great for our party of 10. Only downside was no Keurig coffee maker and needs more pots and pans. Highly recommend this 602 condo!

Girls trip

The floors were filthy, we had to wear shoes or socks or your feet would be black. There should be a broom and dustpan. After all we are on the beach and dragging out the vacuum for the balcony and to clean up sand was a nuance. The rug in living area needs new tape.It is curled up and someone’s going to trip. The refrigerator is not very cold.Wine cooler handle was broke, I screws back in but the threads are stripped needs replaced.

Floors and rugs dirty from day one including crumbs under sofa. Shower pressure poor. Dryer not working properly. Had to run everything twice and yet lint screen was cleaned each time. Light under microwave on stove out.

Excellent View, Clean Condo, Great Location

My husband and I enjoyed nine days in this beautiful condo with four of our friends. We had absolutely everything we needed. The living room space and balcony were perfect for the six of us to visit comfortably. The kitchen was awesome and the bedrooms/bathrooms were too! Being able to park on the same floor as the condo was so helpful. Bonus = there are luggage carriers and shopping carts by the elevators for you to carry in your luggage and groceries. The view from the balcony was excellent and the beach was delightful. The extra storage closet for our beach chairs, umbrella, extra toiletries, etc. was perfect. The owners even provided two beach chairs. We will definitely be back. Everyone in our group was blown away with how perfect this condo was for us. Thank you for an amazing stay.
