Charming, spacious and clean home - steps from Joshua's Pond and tucked behind the village, just over half a mile! The home is nestled in a peaceful and desirable neighborhood with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The home features a large, private deck overlooking the sunny and fenced-in backyard with a pool. The pool is unheated, but has a retractable cover. This lovely home has everything you need to enjoy your Cape Cod summer retreat.
The first floor features a large and bright living room with plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and updated appliances, and leads out the oversized deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. There is also a more formal dining room off the kitchen. The first floor primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and private, peaceful 3 season porch. On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms that boast natural light with a newly updated full bathroom.
The rental comes with a beach pass for free parking at all residential and public beaches in Barnstable, including Dowses Beach which is just a short drive away (about 1.5 miles)!
