We had a great weekend there. Gretchen is an amazing host. Super reachable and helped us accommodate the check out time. The room is cozy and clean and has all essentials you need. The bunker beds have the most comfy mattress.

Franklin getaway

House was clean, beds comfortable, and hot tub was clean and hot! Close to down town Franklin. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would recommend taking Uber at night as the walk back from town was not as well lit as we would have liked.
