A lovely, quiet and spacious condo located in Sea Trail resort. Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has farmers market(seasonal), fishing piers, boat launch and concerts. Enjoy golf on one of 3 on site courses (Unit is on 7th hole of Maples). See why National Geographic rated Sunset Beach one of the top beaches in the world- just a short (2-3 minute) drive or bike ride over the bridge to the beach (beach chairs provided), or use the pool (included) just steps away.
The space
3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Downstairs bedroom has sliding doors onto screened porch. 1 of 2 upstairs bedrooms is in open loft space overlooking living room.
Guest access
There are parking spots directly in front of the building as well as space for small truck or boat. Note that the main entrance is up a flight of stairs.
Other things to note
Check in is anytime after 3PM and check out is 10 AM

Lovely location

Very clean and well-appointed property. Could accommodate families or golf groups. Screen porch was great with view of gold course, pond and occasionally the alligator. Quiet, convenient location. Would book again.

2024 Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time with family. However, the living room furniture is very uncomfortable and we had many issues with the main TV working properly. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay. They need to put a more comfortable couch in the living room as that room was an area for the family, putting puzzles together talking and just enjoying the company

Best vacation ever! Carol was so sweet and helpful! Being able to take my dogs 100% worth it.. and the property was clean and my family loved it felt like home... Will definitely book again with Carol, if she will have me!

My Husband (Neville) is Australian, and I'm first generation German American. We've both lived a lot of places before we ended up here in Sunset Beach, which we love. We love to travel, read, and both of us are mean backgammon players. I love being a host because of the diversity of people I meet.

I love the weather here and the people. Out condo is in a very quiet and secluded area right on the golf course. My husband is an avid golfer, and I don't play at all (!) but I do lots of other things that keep me outdoors a lot. It's very close to the pool as well as the beach and wonderful nature areas.
