When a fridge is stocked with a heavy load of room-temperature items all at once, the cooling process can slow down temporarily, which explains why it was fully cold by the second day. That said, we apologize that our troubleshooting messages felt frustrating rather than helpful. When we didn't hear back after our last message, we believed the situation was resolved, but we regret that you felt unsupported.
