Summary:

We are located in the heart of the Romantic Zone, a few short blocks from the beach. No car is needed, just walk out your front door to a day of fun.



We are a modern building with an elevator and rooftop pool deck for our guests to enjoy. Flatland around us, no climbing up hills to get home.



Our internet is fast. A typical speed test results in speeds greater than 600 Mbps.



Daily housekeeping is included.



The Space:

Wake up in the comfortable king sized bed on the mezzanine level underneath a striking painting by local artist Misael. This beautiful and large loft features exposed brickwork and high ceilings with access to a stunning rooftop pool deck. If you have guests, let us know and we will set up the pull out sofa downstairs for you.



Enjoy the most magical sunsets from our infinity pool on the rooftop and make sure you don’t miss the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship.



We are a keyless building. You will use one code to enter the front gate and you will receive a custom code for the lock to your suite.



There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and let them into the building.



You also have an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa so you can listen to your favorite music, ask any questions you may have or listen to "white noise" while you sleep.



Guest Access:

This smart property is fully integrated for touchless interaction and check-in including a security system with an intercom/camera system.



You will receive a message one day before check-in with everything you need to know. Let us know if you have any questions or need a ride set up to and from the airport.



The Neighborhood:

Lofts on Basilio is located in the heart of Zona Romantica. Basilio Badillo is one of the most popular street in town, with a lot of taco carts and great restaurants around. The area around the apartment is flat with no hills.



Getting Around:

No car necessary.

Ubers are plentiful and cheap.

We can set up a ride to and from the airport if you would like.



Other Things to Note:

Loft 201 faces the street so if you are a light sleeper, consider a loft in the back of the building (lofts 202 and 302) or on a higher floor (loft 301).
