Wonderful place and location

Condo was well-stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. Pool towels provided. Well-decorated and beautiful condo. Host was fantastic. Mariana was super friendly and responsive. The location can’t be beat. Close to the beach, the nightlife, shops and restaurants. The gym is very nice for a condo gym and the pool is beautifu.

Great apartment, but noisy

We enjoyed using this apartment. The building is secure and the people at the front desk are very friendly. The top floor pool, gym, and outdoor eating area were all very nice. There is a decent view of the ocean from there as well. The apartment was well equipped with towels, paper good, and kitchen supplies (plates/cups/etc). The location is a short walk to the ocean, restaurants, and shops. Its also close to a road that created alot of noise at night and sometimes kept us awake or woke us up. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.

Beware of major construction noise directly across from condo ( about 60 feet )

The property was very nice and great location as we had stayed in this condo complex before. We were extremely disappointed that we weren’t notified of major construction noise directly across from condo as they are building a 7 or 8 story condo building. 1 week before our arrival, for a 10 day stay we were notified with a ridiculous statement “we left you ear plugs in condo because of construction noise”. Construction started early Jan 2025 and Mariana was negligent in waiting until 1 week before our stay where we didn’t have an opportunity to look elsewhere, which was probably impossible, in addition to a 50% penalty to cancel. Mariana should let future renters know you can’t open sliding doors nor use balcony from 8am to 6 pm M-F, 1/2 day on Saturday, thankfully no work on Sunday ( 1 day of quiet out of our 10 day stay ) We were woken up everyday before 8am by the pounding, drilling, sawing and yelling orders from construction crew. Because of this horrible noise we couldn’t use balcony area. The construction noise was also noticeable at the pool area. This vacation was anything but relaxing and Mariana should inform future guests and state in their advertisement about the construction noise that will be lasting until end of year. Upon check out Mariana signed a written agreement to refund us 300 for construction noise inconvenience and after we left Mexico, 2 days later she broke the agreement.

The condo is in a great location, the staff are super friendly. Mariana greeted us with guacamole and chips. She was very easy to communicate with. Loved our stay there.

Perfect location in PV Romantic Zone

The two bedroom, two and one half bath condo was in a great location. This particular unit was in the back so we didn't hear the late night street noise. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, nice balcony, and comfortable living room and kitchen area.

Wonderful place!!

Mariana is the best condo manager. So pleasant and easy to deal with. The condo itself was excellent. I stayed there with my two sisters. They turned the king bed in the master bedroom into two singles as we requested. A very comfortable condo.

We are big fans of this building, we have stayed in several units . We needed a 2 bed room unit this time. We enjoyed the extra space . The staff in this building are outstanding. The location is great if you enjoy being close to great restaurants. A 5 minute walk gets you to the beach. Fun fun !

Our annual vacation

The condo is beautiful and in a perfect location. No hills to climb. We were greeted by the Mariana/host with a fresh bowl of delicious guacamole and water. We have stayed at many condos over the years and was never given a full tour of all the amenities. This was another wonderful vacation in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you, Robert M & family

Beautiful condo

The condo looks better than the pictures show. The location of this unit is towards the back of the building and away from the street. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to some of the music coming from nearby restaurants but with the windows and doors closed the music and noise from the street could hardly be heard. The condo manager greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the condo and the rooftop pool area, the manager also sent us messages during our stay to make sure everything was going well and asked if we needed anything. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils to cook meals, but we only used the microwave and toaster oven to reheat leftover restaurant meals. The rooftop area has a bbq grill, we didn’t use it although I did see a man grilling some delicious looking steaks. The view from the rooftop is amazing, especially at night. The people who work in the building were all very nice and friendly, they were very helpful when we asked for directions to certain restaurants and areas of the city. I would definitely consider staying at this condo again.

An Outstanding Property

Everything about this condo is first-class. The property manager was friendly and helpful; the neighborhood is convenient and exciting; and the unit itself Is large, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Our only complaint about the apartment (just a nit pick) is that the safe does not work. There was some noise, but anyone staying in this neighborhood needs to expect that. Our biggest disappointment was the failure of the hot tub to be hot -- the water comes directly from the pool and is actually a bit cooler than that in the pool. But the pool water was usually bathwater warm, so not a big deal! We definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again if possible.

Stunning place and location

This is a beautiful condo. I was concerned about the air conditioning as I can’t sleep at night. But all rooms had air. Another plus was the keyless entry. Very nice that we didn’t need to carry keys around. The location was great because this area had lots of hills. But here we were in the level so we didn’t need to hike up and down hills to get back and forth. The first day we saw whales from the top deck infinity pool. Marcos the door man/security was just a sweetheart. The area “Romantic Zone” is a safe place. Full of tourist mostly ppl spending their entire winters there. Marianna was so accommodating. She too was just so so friendly. Would love to take her home with us. Lol. Nothing to grieve about at this listing. Loved every bit.

Great place in perfect location

This is a great location. The pictures are accurate. The apartment is well-appointed. The location is perfect and surprisingly not noisy. The wifi is slower in the second back bedroom. The 24/7 desk staff are nice and very reassuring. I would love to come back!

A perfect condo in a perfect spot

I’m pretty picky. And I have no complaints. The condo was well maintained and stocked (except, I’m pretty sure there are no sharp knives anywhere in Puerto Vallarta, as this is a running theme for 8 years of coming here). Yes, the area is a bit loud. But it does quiet down at midnight and is quiet until the city starts to wake up again at 7-8am. And, with the doors shut it’s not bad and I was able to sleep fine. Occasionally you will hear a random loud tourist being an ass out on the street at 2am, but you are in PV, so I’m not sure why you would try to sleep anyway. The condo is spotless and the cleaning lady (Rosalita?) was wonderful. Don’t forget to tip her. Mariana, the manager was wonderful. She met me at the condo and had guacamole prepared for me. We kept in touch through the stay, tho there really were no problems. AC works great. I drank the filtered water and had no issues. The pool deck is outstanding. There is shady area for sitting and reading for hours, a fully stocked gym (even with a pull up bar which surprised me) and a salt water pool that is just lovely to lounge in day and night, and plenty of sun for the sunbabies. The security folks are 24x7 and are wonderful, nice, and happy to give directions or talk to you, and make sure to open the secured door for you. Starbucks is right below and opens at 7am, altho there is a better coffee shop one block towards the beach but it doesn’t open until 8am. Plenty of restaurants around and 3 minute walk to the beach. Honestly you can’t beat this place for the price. Totally worth it. But don’t expect complete peace and quiet because it’s Puerto Vallarta.

Place is amazing! Location is the best. 25-30 minutes about from Okemo and Killington and Stratton is close too. Its in the middle of all the big ski resorts. And its on Magic Mountain ski in ski out but I cannot comment on that because I didnt ski there but it looked good. The place is great and would be perfect for a family of 4 with the one bedroom has a queen and bunk beds for the kids. Clean and comfortable and there is a game room with ping pong and pool and foosball and air hockey its great. And it was stocked with food and coffee thats unbelievable! I think it was ok to eat the food Ooops? The place is perfect and the owner is a phone call away.
