Beautiful contemporary Cape 10 minute walk from Old Silver Beach

Just a short walk to beautiful Old Silver Beach! Old Silver is known for its shallow, calm waters and sunsets. It also has a snack shack, public restrooms and joins beaches with the Seacrest Hotel which has an outdoor bar. Start your morning enjoying the sunrise on the spacious deck, with wrought iron patio furniture, overlooking the cranberry bog in the backyard. Walk around the bog or hop on the Shining Sea bike trail thru the backyard. Head to the beach, ferry over to Martha's Vineyard, and stroll downtown Falmouth for shopping and dining (15 min drive).

Property has an open concept floorplan with two sliders opening up to the deck. Master suite has a king bed and bath with double sinks, shower and jacuzzi tub. The other freshly painted bedrooms are upstairs, each accommodating bright sunshine and share a full bath. Every bedroom has either a dresser or closet. Quiet cul-de-sac road, outdoor shower and coastal front door color for true salt air relaxation.

Guests are welcome to bring their own linens (sheets, towels) or host will provide, please message host for your needs. Although cute, please no pets.
