FANTASTIC LOCATION WITH PARKING!!!
Park your car in the designated free parking space and never move it again! Walk to everything (beach/boardwalk, restaurants, attractions, spa's, library, nightlife, and shopping). This condo is located in-town 1 block from Rehoboth Avenue. 50 yards from beach & boardwalk. 3 night minimum stay.

This remodeled studio has been totally sound proofed ! Porcelain tile floors throughout. Condo has full kitchen and queen size Murphy bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress. The bathroom has a porcelain tile floor with a glass tiled shower. Comforters and pillows provided. Guests must bring bed & bath linens & toiletries.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was Clean and comfortable, the location is outstanding and our host was wonderful.Kitchen could have been a little bit better equipped but that was a small thing. I highly recommend this place. perfect for two people

Clean property. Nice decor. Very close to beach and restaurants. AC good. Parking only for small vehicles. TV small. Bed small for a 6 foot man. We were in 1 and it smelled like a basement.

We loved this studio for our little beach getaway. We parked the car and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Everything was clean and in good working order, the bed was quite comfortable, and we spent a lot of time on the porch. The fan made it comfortable even in the heat of the day. The only thing we wished for was a clearer view of the street for people watching and less noisy delivery trucks in the mornings. However, when you’re inside, you aren’t bothered at all by noise. We would definitely stay here again.
