This cozy 1BR, family-friendly, dog friendly, spacious condo sleeps 4. The condo is 850 sq ft, bottom level and sleeps 4. Our dog is part of the family and yours is welcome too!

Breathtaking views of the Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Rock & Mammoth Crest, all from the complex. Located adjacent to the meadow, guests will enjoy the great location, ambiance, outdoor space, nearby bike path and family friendly space. Sunrise condo complex offers use of the spa, sauna, gas BBQ, laundry facility and seasonal pool. Nearby you will find Sierra Star Golf Course, dining, bowling, movies and Vons which are all accessible via the bike path with a short walk. EV Tesla supercharger is walking distance.

This is your home away from home with a bright, open floor plan in the living space. Guests will enjoy the cozy seating, easy to use pellet stove and large flat screen TV. The dining area seats 6 and the large kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, spices and everything you need. The private 1 bedroom has a king bed furnished with plush bedding and a walk-in closet. There are 2 sofa sleepers in the living room and a memory foam mattress is available for both.

You will have access to the entire condo and private outdoor patio, laundry facility, seasonal pool, year round spa, sauna and gas BBQ. Corner, walk-in unit located near the pool/spa area of the complex with nearby parking.

The free Trolley is a 1 minute walk off Minaret road. The condo is located .5 mile to Chair 15 and .5 miles to Mammoth Village. Eagle is the closest lodge.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The property was excellently maintained and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was fantastic, and the location was perfect for walking to town, as well as accessing the spa and car.We would happily stay here again.

We did not use the pool. It rained a few days and snowed 1 day. We loved the weather. I followed the instructions sent to me. We got in fine and the condo was good. I got a knock on the door telling us we needed to check in with the reservations office. That was not listed on my instructions. The bed was so uncomfortable.. we both had to sleep on the living room couch/bed rollout. We could not get the furnace/stove to work and 1 day was 32 degrees high. We followed the documented instructions. The condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed

Great condo

Perfect condo for our family of three. Property was very clean and comfortable. Very short walk to the town shuttle stop. Also, a very short easy walk to main street. Great communication with the owners.

Awesome Stay

The condo was a perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway. The space was very clean when we arrived and check in was a breeze. We really enjoyed the pellet stove heater which was easy to use and kept us very warm. Thanks again for our stay.

The apartment is very clean and has all the needed amenities. There are also some sleds for us to use. It is close to Eagle Express lift. The host, Nicolas checked in with us very often to make sure everything went well. She responded quickly to our inquiry. We really enjoyed her place.

Dog Friendly & Convenient Winter Stay

My wife and I stayed with our dogs for 3 nights through New Year's and had a great time. The place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and the location was within striking distance of Eagle Lodge where we accessed the mountain for snowboarding. Also close to the main plaza with grocery store and other shops. Our dogs were happy, we were happy, all in all good times. Highly recommend for those wanting a convenient location to access the mountain and with dogs. There's also a park close by to go on long walks.There was a hiccup with the pellet stove, but Nicola was super attentive and maintenance quickly came by and fixed things. Nicola's responsiveness was great, which we value immensely for these types of stays.I would say however, the property itself (not the host) could have done a better job salting the parking areas and clearing the recycling bins. Some parts of the property had way too much ice, so walking around with dogs and loading/unloading the car was a bit of a challenge in some parts.

Short weekend get away

Beautiful condo with modern amenities. Loved the fireplace and was easy to use! Well stocked kitchen with all you need. Very large for two people and would comfortably fit four. Great spot close to eagle lodge and a short drive to the canyon.

Great Summer Getaway

We spent 2 weeks at Nicola's condo and would have spent another week there if we could have. It was wonderfully well-stocked, and a beautiful condo. The toiletries and soaps were 1st class, the location perfect, and the weather wonderful! Being able to link into Prime and Netflix was great for evenings when we stayed in. Nicola is the perfect host and was available whenever we reached out to her. Wish we were still there!

Everything about the ad and actual location was correct. Our only disappointment was that there was no heater nor could we get the pellet fire place to operate either. Bring your own blankets!

Beautiful Condo

Nicola's condo is probably the nicest condo we've had the pleasure of staying at in Mammoth. Super cute and clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ask for. We had issues with the pellet stove working properly the first night, but Nicola was extremely responsive when I made her aware of the situation and she unlocked the thermostat for the wall heater so the rest of our stay was nice and cozy. We didn't have sheets for the hide-a-bed in the living room- but that's on the Mammoth Property Management who is supposed to provide the bedding. I emailed the Mammoth property and asked them to please bring bedding and they basically told me I didn't look hard enough to find them and they never brought any. Nicola made me aware she is switching property management next month so hopefully that won't be an issue in the future. Overall- Nicola was a wonderful host and her condo is beautiful and a close drive to the stores and slopes.

Ski getaway

Nicola was a very responsive host to inquiries before (regarding travel in severe winter weather) and during our stay. She also has instructions posted in the condo. The condo was great for the price. Not completely updated, but everything works and is tidy. The heat/pellet stove heats the living room nicely but takes awhile to heat the rest of the condo. Additional portable heating unit was appreciated as were all the comforters and blankets. Bed was very comfortable and mattress topper for pullout sofa bed was a nice addition. Kitchen was well-stocked with basic pantry items as well as dishes and pots/pans. We cooked dinners there with no problems. Parking and pathways were cleared for access after storm. Unit is very close to complex hot tub. Easy drive or shuttle ride to slopes and into town.

Comfy Condo

Enjoyed our 2 day stay. The condo was as described, clean, cozy, quiet, and Nicola was quick to respond to our messages. Would definitely stay again. I would mention that it does take a while for the pellet fireplace to heat the place up during cold weather. Also, I would recommend blackout curtains for the bedroom.

Excellent for ski trip

Lovely place! Excellent spot for skiing, short walk to the ski bus! We also really enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay again!
