Hold onto your ski poles, because this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo at The Summit is about to rock your world! Nestled just across the street from Eagle Lodge and the chairlift, you’ll be strapping on your skis (or snowboard) in no time, with Mammoth Mountain’s slopes just a stone's throw away.

Inside, this beauty has been remodeled to perfection with custom kitchen cabinets, stylish upgraded flooring, and handmade wooden furniture that’s as charming as it is functional. You’ll fall in love with the clever custom-built storage spaces that make this cozy spot both a functional retreat and an aesthetic dream.

As if that wasn’t enough, the full-amenity complex has everything you need for the ultimate staycation: pools to splash around in, saunas for ultimate relaxation, tennis courts for a friendly match, a workout facility to burn off that après-ski fondue, BBQ areas for grilling up a feast, and an underground parking garage to keep your ride safe. What’s next—kidding, there’s more!

Inside, snuggle up by the gas log fireplace for those chilly nights, or kick back with a movie on the flat-screen TV. The living space is perfect for up to 4 guests, with a luxurious king-size bed in the bedroom and 2 comfy twin beds just steps from the kitchen for easy snack access.

My daughter and I had a low stress spring break at this property. Being able to walk across the street to Eagle Lodge made it very convenient. The kitchen was useful for breakfast and some easy dinners.

You need to explain what that thermostat with the two guidelines on it that is near the kitchen does. It was not clear it did anything when turned on.Other than that, which is a small thing, the place is ideal for a ski trip at Mammoth

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this place is great. You can see the eagle lodge lift from the balcony, and it’s probably a 3-5 minute walk. The place itself has a well-stocked kitchen and also has some games. The shower had good water pressure. It was a nice condo. It was also nice to have a reserved parking place in the garage.It wasn’t super cozy - the layout is a little strange and the fireplace didn’t work. Some of the furniture was a little outdated. Overall, I would give this place 8/10 stars and would definitely stay here again, partly based on the location alone.

Amazing location with everything you need

The property is just steps away from Eagle lodge and was super convenient. They provided a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Felt like home! Super clean and spacious.

Walk to Lift

Nice size place for family of four. Kitchen was nicely stocked and easy walk to Eagle Lift. Reserved covered parking under unit is really nice too especially when it snows.

Great condo

Great property, I'd stay here again. It's just difficult to get to the village for bars and restaurants as nothing is nearby.

Was a great location, very close to the Eagle Lodge. Great to be able to walk to Eagle Lodge with small children. Condo was clean and also had access to the jacuzzi and sauna.

Great & Convenient

Went here for a snowboarding weekend with my partner and two other friends. Check in was super easy and the app they had us use was very convenient. Location was perfect and was less than a 10 minute drive to the slopes. We enjoyed using the hot tub after a day on the slopes as well. Everything was clean and was more than enough space for four people.

Very good location, just far enough out of the mainstream but close enough for everything - definitely where you want to be when Eagle lift is turning. Everything you would have at your kitchen is in this condo. Highly recommend

short walk to ski lift

We appreciated the covered parking and short, easy walk to ski lifts. Bed was comfortable and we liked that we could open window for cooler sleeping.Unfortunately there is a mouse problem as noted by an earlier review (which we did not see ahead of time) but we smelled and saw. The property manager came to clean again, set more traps and offered our money back to stay somewhere else.

Incredible location

There were definitely some things that could use updating… but the underground parking and short walk to eagle ski lift made it totally worth it. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of bath and hot tub towels. Great heater & fireplace. Nice strong water pressure in the shower.
