Welcome to Dolphin Sunrise!



This beautifully updated townhome sits directly on the sugar white sands of Navarre Beach! The backyard is the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This gorgeous home is perfect for your family's next vacation!



Dolphin Sunrise is one of 4 units in the townhome complex and has direct beach access right out back. Enjoy garage parking in the oversized 3 car garage with extra driveway parking out front. Open the back of the garage and you're already on the sand. Walk up the front steps and leave your worries at the door. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. You can't help but gaze at the amazing views of the Gulf from the entire main living space. The open concept kitchen, living, and dining areas are perfect for family get togethers. The home can comfortably sleep 10 guests. There is one bedroom on the second floor with access to the hall bathroom. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite you'll have to see to appreciate. There is a comfortable king bed with a TV, elegant en suite bathroom, and an attached private balcony with one of the finest views you'll find anywhere. Additionally there is a queen bedroom and a double twin bunk bedroom, each with their own TVs. These bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom.



Just off the living room is another private balcony with a new Polywood dining table set and breathtaking beach views. It is the perfect place for coffee or cocktails. Take the stairs from the balcony and head down the path through the dunes and you are on the beach in seconds. When you're done there is an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse the sand away. There is also a propane grill in the garage to prepare your fresh catch.

Great location with a beautiful view of the water. Very quick access to the water from the house. There are great choices for beach chairs, floaties, umbrellas and a few poles. I loved the enclosed garage to store everything as it helped keep the house clean. There is a good supply of kitchen supplies and a good assortment of spices. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. The home was clean and well cared for. The management group was very responsive to questions when I reached out.

Very clean and well maintained. We felt right at home, had everything we needed. Very spacious and very convenient to have the garage to park in. Beautiful views, just a short walk (less than 50 yards to the beach). Not far from a gas station and a few restaurants on the island. Just a very nice place, and we would definitely stay there again 10/10 would highly recommende.

Peaceful Paradise

This property could not have been more ideal for our week stay. It was steps away from the beach which was wonderful. It is near the Gulf Island National Park which is beautiful. There was no problem getting to other places (i.e. restaurants, grocery store, etc) We took a short trip over to Pensacola Beach which was less than 30 minutes and a beautiful drive. Even though there were neighbors on either side of us, we didn't hear them and felt we had the whole place to ourselves. Very peaceful. Will definitely book this place when we return.

Wonderful Stay at Dolphin Sunrise

We brought the whole family down this time. This is our second time coming to Dolphin Sunrise, we liked it so much. We had 3 generations here this time, the space can easily accommodate everyone, Great NAS blue angel air show, great beach time and table fare. Another wonderful time at Navarre!

Right on the sand

We loved being right on the beach, and the two-leveled balconies provided amazing views. It’s a peaceful stretch of beach as well - there was never a time when we felt crowded by people at all. You will have to drive a short distance for restaurants and groceries, but it’s easy access. I would gladly stay here again.

Lovely place

Loved the location and convenience of this townhome. It was well stocked with starter items for our stay. We enjoyed the beach supplies at the home and the layout of the rooms. Gave 4 stars for cleanliness for a missing outlet cover plate within reach of our young children, some minor updates that could improve the home, & dirty air filters. Overall, though, would highly recommend & would book again!

Fantastic Beach House for a Group

Beautiful spacious home just steps from the Emerald waters of the Gulf. We live in Navarre, but had had the entire family in for a weekend. This location allowed for a more comfortable option, and easier access to the beach whenever anyone liked. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything you might need, the views from the living room and Master bedroom were amazing. Beach toys, chairs and sun shades are provided which is a nice touch for those traveling. Check in and check out were super easy. I would recommend this property to anyone coming in and will certainly keep it in mind when we have guest visiting the area in the future.

Great place to stay for vacation

This is a great property to stay for vacation, nice view of the beach and beach is also accessible within few steps from the house. We were a big group of 10-12 ppl (including kids) and everyone really enjoyed our vacation time, except the beach restoration work which was unfortunately happened during our stay dates. This beach restoration made our group not able to sleep for 2 night continuously as the work was 24X7 and it was loud. Also, we were not able to access the beach due to this restoration work. Although, we tried to explain to the property manager about the inconveniences faced by our group and request partial refund but they denied.Other than these mentioned inconveniences, rest of the vacation time was fun. Thanks!

Wonderful Service and View

First off, the location and views are second to none. It’s right off the beach with amazing views. Next, the staff at iTrip was incredibly helpful and did all they could to ensure our stay was great, allowing us to check in early and pay for a late checkout. The condo is in good shape and was very clean, but it could use some updates. You could definitely tell it was lived in and would benefit from a new coat of paint, updated carpet, etc. Bring a pillow because they are very basic and slightly uncomfortable. The beds are all comfortable though! Overall, I will definitely use iTrip again and stay in this lovely townhouse!

Amazing! Location! Location! Location!

The unit was near perfect, super clean, great beds, pillows… The kitchen had everything we needed. The Ice machine didn’t work, but the ice maker in the fridge kept up with the needs of 4 adults and 3 kids. The garage was a plus and it had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, nets and even a tent. The distance to the beach was a short sand trail through the dunes, a nice outdoor shower and hose for removing sand. I never watched tv, but my husband complained that the TVs were small. We would have benefited from a rug inside the back door to wipe feet on. When I messaged about the ice machine malfunction, I got an immediate response and a maintenance person arrived shortly to attempt repairs. We appreciated the high quality sheets and towels as well as the supply of hand soap and makeup remover sheets. The contactless checkin was perfect We would definitely rent this unit again.

Dolphin Sunrise sets the bar high!

Our family has been vacationing every summer on the beautiful beaches of the Florida Panhandle for 15 years now and this townhome is, by far and without a doubt, one of the BEST homes we have ever stayed at. We always stay in beach-front properties, so it's not the gorgeous view or perfect location that sets it apart, it's the actual unit. The home was impeccably clean and is very spacious (there were 9 of us), comfortable and very well-appointed. You can tell that the owners and iTrip put a lot of thought into what the necessities really are. We have learned to travel with a bin full of kitchen and bath items that we don't normally expect to find (like extra kitchen towels, a clean sponge, hand soap, etc) and were pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to dig into our bin. As an added bonus, there is a roomy pantry, a full-size washer and dryer with a laundry basket, the garage is huge and has a good amount of beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, and toys and the wifi is great (not always the case at rentals). A big thanks to the property owner for sharing their wonderful home with us and to iTrip for their efforts towards making this a great vacation for us. I will definitely look to iTrip first next summer when planning our next beach adventure!

Not honest

In the description of amenities it describes AC and heat and it does not say only heat upstairs and no heat whatsoever downstairs. No matter how high you would turn the heat on, that was absolutely no air coming out of the downstairs vents and when the heat and air man was called out (as we stayed there during a cold time), he said the duct work would have to be worked on. Not only that but the reason I rented this property was because of a medical condition I have that I need to soak in a hot tub every evening for pain and the first night when we got there you could tell there had not been a run through of what was working and what wasn't because when you turned on the water to the hot tub the water faucet spewed water everywhere and I couldn't have it on long enough to even run a bath. Luckily they did send a plumber out quickly and he resolved that issue. They should make sure everything is working before they rent it out and for me it was a very painful time because of extreme cold downstairs and no heat working which makes my pain condition worse so we had to spend our time upstairs and couldn't even enjoy the living room the entire week even though we paid the full price of what they asked which we also found out we paid way too much for off season in February. I feel they should have offered a partial refund because of no heat working downstairs the entire time we were there and I had informed him about my pain condition because of the faucet from the hot tub leaking.
