Welcome to Shellendipity!



Get ready to enter full relaxation mode in this beautiful, updated beachfront townhome nestled right in the middle of Navarre Beach. Just steps away from the sugar white sands, this 4-bedroom 3-bath gulf front townhome has plenty of room to sleep 10 comfortably and is the perfect place for your next family vacation. The gorgeous kitchen features all stainless appliances, granite countertops, built-in ice maker and coffee makers. Dining area seats 8 and the island counter seats 5 all with breathtaking ocean views from the open floor plan. The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the gulf, perfect for enjoying the watercolor views of sunrises and sunsets. This is as good as it gets!



The sparkling emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico is just a few feet away and accessible from the main balcony and ground floor patio. The oversized garage has ample space for 3 cars and any kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing gear you want to bring along. Included for guest use is an assortment of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and shelling nets along with a propane grill and charcoal grill for patio cooking. There is an outdoor private shower for when you have had your fill of sand. As if that would ever happen.

The property was stunning, a few hick-ups with a few items on cleanliness but nothing that deserved to deduct stars for since I expect a lot and nothing is perfect. Mgmt. company was amazing, never waited long for a response and always attentive to our questions. The property view is of course beautiful. Couple things to point out is the large sectional is a bit tired; you sink and have a sore back when trying to get up - which I'm sure this unit gets leased often adding to the wear and tear. Bathrooms are dated with vanities extremely low and toilets extremely low, then on flip side the master bed is extremely high needing a booster. Otherwise, an amazing stay.

Great family place

We had a larger group with adults and kids and this place was great. Being able to walk right to the beach and go back and forth with kids was a major plus. The house was very well stocked from the kitchen to the beach chairs and toys. We had a great time!

Great beach experience

We had a great week at Shellendipity! The condo is clean and in good condition. The beach is beautiful and had very few people on it during our early May stay. It was really nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas, and a wagon to haul it all to the beach.One improvement that could be made would be to put a digital lock on the back door so it's easier to lock the house up while at the beach.

Heaven in Navarre Beach

We spent five amazing days at Shellendipity. The beautifully appointed townhome is right on the beach. We spent hours on the deck watching the Gulf. The views were magnificent, sunset spectacular. The house had everything we needed. No comfort was spared. Will absolutely go back to this Amazing vacation property.

Great family beach front condo

We were 6 adults and one child. Had enough room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garage was stocked with chairs and umbrellas and toys for our grandchild. My husband enjoyed grilling there too. Best of all the walk to the beach was short which allowed us to go back and forth multiple times a day.

From the gorgeous views of both sunrise & sunset, sound of the waves & crystal sand beach, to the beautifully decorated home & furnishings, Shellendipity was exactly what we needed to destress & unwind. Relaxation came easy: from walks on the beach, enjoying the local sights, to simply reading our books & sipping our coffee & tea while watching the waves. What a great way to start our retirement! Love Shellendipity!

Shellendipity was the perfect place for our family. Clean, spacious, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Best of all, it's right on the beach! This was our first time visiting Navarre and it checked all the boxes. The beach is very private, no crowds and there are a ton of restaurants nearby. Other than transition day, traffic on the causeway and the boulevard was light. Not the awful constant congestion we've experienced at Santa Rosa and Seaside. I highly recommend it.

We were very pleased with the house, the location, the cleanliness. House was very much as stated in the posting. Property manager was quick to respond for a very minor battery replacement in a smoke alarm. Perfect family spot. Easy access to the beach. Beach was very private and enjoyable. We much preferred Navarre over Destin. More of that old school beach feel than the chaos of Destin. Grandkids 8, 5 and 1 were thrilled. We would definitely rent here again.

Very Nice

We enjoyed our visit. Nice place to stay on Navarre Beach. Check-in was quick, easy, and covid safe (no contact). We had all we needed for the week - we could have used more than 3 hand towels and 1 bathmat total for the 3 bathrooms. Ample bath towels and wash clothes were provided (although some wash clothes appeared stained/dingy from previous use); a tiny housekeeping oversite ? Master bed was very firm, not what we are used to - but all in all, this is a well stocked, clean and comfortable home.

Dreamy Beach Home with everything you could need, and more!

Our Family had a wonderful stay in this large, beautiful, comfy home. Incredible view from patios, and right on the beach. The back porch shower was so helpful & efficient. The garage with entry on both sides of the house made it easy to come and go. There were so many beach chairs and kids toys provided. Plus a ton of towels. We were able to park our golf car rental in the huge garage. Upstairs, we cooked big meals and hung out as a family comfortably. Everyone slept great, and my little guys loved the master jacuzzi tub. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, location, and community

Our family of eight have been traveling to the gulf for the past few summers and this was by far the best home for us. It was stocked with everything from beach towels to beach toys, beach chairs, plastic pool for the toddlers, and included an ice making machine in the kitchen. The owners included polywood furniture on both decks that could accommodate our family and withstand the beach elements. The garage easily held our Rav4 and a highlander at the same time. There was a bedroom with queen bed on the main level with an adjoining bathroom. The second level included a primary suite with ocean side balcony that we loved. It also included two other bedrooms that shared a full bathroom. The owners had wall hooks in strategic locations throughout the home that were aesthetically pleasing and extremely practical. We loved the local seafood restaurants (Andy D’s, Scooters, and Where Y’at Seafood & Market.) The townhome offered enough privacy from the neighbors while allowing us to enjoy the ocean views. Shellendipity is definitely the best appointed of the group based on the online pictures. We loved Navarre Beach! Note: the prearrival list from property manager said to bring beach towels…this unit had an ample supply of beach towels for our family of eight.

Love it

This is our second family vacation here in Navarre, FL and we stayed at Shellendipity both times. We love the location and the view is breathtaking. The townhouse is perfect for our family. Absolutely love it!!
