This home includes RV hook up, amble parking for boats and trailers, a BBQ grill, a playground, a secure gated poo and a double-wide jacuzzi. A scenic 2-mile drive from the property offers breath taking views of Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Mount Shasta. Lastly, OH trails are located on the other side of the Dam for your enjoyment.
