During guests stay, they'll have private access to the entire unit, and 1 designated parking space for their convenience. Guests will have to climb 18 stairs to gain access to the second floor loft. Designated parking is parallel to the side walk as you pull into the parking lot of the building. The front of you car will be facing the train tracks. The lot is used for the employees of the business below the unit. Please do not park there.

Mayo Hospital Stay

This property is very convenient to the Mayo Clinic and the Methodist Hospital. It’s a mile and a half from St Marys Hospital. The unit was very clean, quiet and the host was easy to communicate with. Tilda’s Pizza in the same block was very good as well.

You can’t beat the location- easy to walk to the Mayo Clinic buildings and downtown Rochester. Host was great with communication. We had some questions about parking and he responded right away. The kitchen is very well stocked if you need/want to cook. It was also great to have a washer and dryer. I wished there was a window or natural light in the living room/kitchen area but it is a loft and just the bedrooms have windows.
