A pull-out sofa with queen-sized bed equipped with a memory gel foam mattress, coffee table, comfortable accent chairs, and a view of the street.

There is a small flight of stairs (7 steps) from the front that leads to the main level. From the back side entrance of the building, there are 5 steps to the main level and one additional flight (6 steps x 4) to the 'Penthouse Suite'.
You will have the entire third floor of the building (unit 4) to yourself with both front and back keyless entry accesses.
One complimentary Garage Parking space is provided per rental unit.
NO PARKING IN THE SHARED DRIVEWAY that leads to the parking garage - your car may be towed at your own expense.
For your safety, we have one Ring security camera on the front of the building, one Ring security camera on the back of the garage facing the west side of the building, and one Ring security floodlight camera on the east side of the building facing the driveway. They will be on recording and motion-detecting during your stay.
