The property is very, very clean, well stocked, with all we needed for the week. The kitchen had everything we wanted... a prior review said there was no crockpot, but now there is.
We tried, but could not ski out. We hiked out in thigh-high snow to what we learned is actually the Texas Flats ski run. Texas Flats is a closed run, ungroomed, icy in March, and not even on the trail map. When we inquired, we were told it was unskiable. My family skiied down the ice to where it merged into the Heading Home ski run, then they refused to do so again the rest of the week. It really was just one icy hill that deterred them. So we simply drive to the base and skied from there.
The tvs have roku and you needed the owner's PIN to get into different apps or into guest mode where we belonged. You could not just change the user to your own roku or guest mode. If you're particular about what you'll watch, bring an alternative such as Apple TV or cast from your phone.
Other reviews are right. The sofas are shockingly uncomfortable. So are the beds. The linens are soft, but the mattresses are all very hard and the pillows are the worst I've seen. With new sofas, mattresses, and pillows, I'd stay here again and again. It was otherwise perfect.
