We booked this VRBO when we were having out of town guests and couldn't comfortably fit everyone at our house. The 6 guests who stayed at the house were very comfortable and the location is ideal to Homewood, downtown, or Mtn. Brook. Daniel was friendly and a good communicator by phone and messaging.

Cute house centerally located

The house was cute with comfortable beds. The small home is older and has many quirky charming features. The neighborhood is cute, tree covered and very close to a major highway.

The house was exactly what we were hoping for, 4 adults in town for the RTJ Trail. Nice, clean, and close to downtown. Communication with Daniel was excellent. We were not planning on using the day bed, which was the only issue we had. It just about collapsed with any weight on it and needs to be replaced if anyone intends to sleep on it.
