Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful that was so kid friendly! I appreciated the baby gate and high chair provided, as well as child safety locks on kitchen cabinets! Every possible need was thought of in the spacious, very clean home. Thank you for providing a great experience!

Came to San Diego from Seattle for two grandsons' 1st birthday. Stayed 3 nights. The house was impressively kid friendly with toys for different ages, a play gym in the back yard, air conditioning, comfortable beds. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for us. The minor issues we had were handled promptly. The only negative was the large number of cars parked in the culdesac and partially on the sidewalk. However, there was plenty of room to park in the driveway.

Beautiful and Well Appointed

This was a recently renovated house with top quality updates. The master shower was incredible. The host was very responsive and communicative. Would rent again.

Great is staying with young children

This was a great place to stay with two young children. There was a slide and some swings in the garden, and lots of toys in the house. We could not find the high chair, and Samatha and her husband were at our door the next morning to get it out of the garage, and also brought more toys for the little one - and gave us lots of suggestions as to where to shop. The area is very quiet but easy to get to. The house is very spacious and the kitchen well stocked. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

This was by far the BEST VRBO we've ever stayed at! The house was Beautiful inside. The pictures do not do the three upstairs bedrooms (master suite, two bed guest bedroom upstairs and kids room) justice - there is even more room than appears in the pictures.The owners responded very quickly to my messages.We thought we had a problem with hot water downstairs (our mistake) and one of the owners came right over - he was very kind and helpful and showed us other things to make our stay fun and comfortable.The dining table with couch was large enough for all of our extended family to dine together and hang out. There were so many extra towels - bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels, etc. The beds were clean and freshly made with plenty of bedding; blankets in bedroom closets if needed.If you are looking for a clean, spacious place to spend time with a large group, I would HIGHLY recommend this house!

Mira Mesa California

The home is lovely and our family enjoyed the house and being together. The backyard is fun for kids and our 4 young grandchildren had a lot of fun. The only issue we had was not being able to control the A/C. We visited during a hot weekend and the core of the house was cool but each bedroom was uncomfortably hot during the day and evening. Other than this issue the home is beautiful.

Lovely and super helpful hosts

Samantha was super responsive when messaging about checkin times and anything that came up. When we realized the Nest thermostat needed a battery change, she had a prompt response and got her husband to stop by to resolve the issue super quick. The house itself is true to the listing and impeccably clean. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from the abundance of citronella candles so we could were able to grill outside with no worries to the amazing amenities (that sauna in the master bedroom was a favorite with my family). It was also really spacious so all the kids and adults had their own spaces to hang out. The proximity to multiple grocery stores (Seafood City, H Mart, Vons) was pretty clutch for my family since we did a decent amount cooking in the house but also appreciated the option to get take out (Vallartas!) when the munchies hit. All in all a great place to stay for the weekend, highly recommend!

Memorial Family Gathering

Overall the stay was great. House was just like it was pictured online. There is plenty of space for a group. There was some issues with the tvs working. We were only able to get two working. Also the fan in one of the rooms did not work but the temperature was decent enough where it was not a major issue. Overall would stay again. I would like to give some feedback. I would make sure that all the tvs work especially the main living room . The double queen room fan did not work. Lastly it did say in the note for the ac it was google net but i did have to you tube how to use it so maybe for the next guest or some that are not tech savy it may have been hard use so maybe a small note how to use. I will say i did not reach out to address the issues just because we managed and it was not major. I would also recommend more seating in the kitchen area as a group of 15 we had to alernate sitting at the table when eating. Overall thank you for the letting us stay.
