Fully renovated in 2023, you'll experience every comfort of the home upon entry. You'll be greeted with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or sharing a homemade meal with your loved ones at the dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures, with each room having its own comfort controls via mini splits. A private washer/dryer is provided for convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend, weather permitting.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
