If you have a group going to Nashville, this is the place to stay!! Your car can safely go in the garage, or easy to catch an uber! If you want to cook your own meals, this is an incredible large kitchen where everyone can pitch in. When you have all ladies, the 3.5 full bathrooms were awesome!! The owner is very responsive and any minor issues were handled right away. A fun, safe, huge space with a private outdoor tub and grill (we were too busy to use, but very awesome). All the sights and sounds of Nashville are super close to this!! Super comfy sectional to sit and visit with ( so many places I’ve stayed don’t have comfy conversational seating- this place does!) There are 5 QUEEN beds so everyone was very comfortable!! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Was an excellent location to downtown and the Opry areas. Great bagel shop just 4-5 minute walk. Host was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Perfect spot for a time exploring the Nashville area.Only drawback would be the beds squeaking, could use an upgrade. Also, a tad noisy when anyone walking around or traffic outside.Otherwise, a very nice place for those looking for a getaway.

The hot tub worked and was very relaxing after returning from the game. Jai was amazing! The neighborhood is safe neighborhood. I would recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy yourself. Walmart is very close by and so are some of the restaurants.

Nashville stay

The house was perfect. We were in town for a hockey tournament and we’re able to sleep everyone comfortably. The only downside was the small amount of towels and pillows, but other than that it was perfect!

Disappointing

The hot tub was broken and unusable. The owner did not tell us that before we arrived. When I tried to communicate with him about it, he stopped responding to me. The kitchen is poorly stocked. I would not recommend.

Nice, needs some repairs.

We stayed just 1 night here in Nashville before our flight home. Inside looked recently redone(still some ladders and stuff around). The inside of the house was nice and clean, beds were made and everything looked good. The kitchen was clean, and the fridge and stove as well. The pots needed scrubbing before use. Showers all had good preasure and worked well, clean too. I would stay again, if a little cheaper. Now for the few little gripes/negatives...There was an electrical problem on the first floor bedroom, someone wired the outlet wrong by the bed, so a lamp had to be pluged in for the rest of the outlets, and ceiling lights/fan to work. The lights going up to the roof top deck didnt work, and only 1 light out on the deck worked. The grill worked, and the fire pit worked. Grill could have been cleaner, but i scrubbed the hell out of it to cook. Worked well. The master walkin closet door handel fell off but the a screw was loose, no biggie. Inside 9 out of 10 for cleanliness, the roof deck 3 out of 10. Trash on the floor/cigarette buts. The sink was full of nasty water. The hot tub was warm but i wouldn't stick my hand in the water, it was nasty. With a few improvements, this place would be great. Lots of room if you have a big group. Just internet there, really old smart TV just has Netflix, no amazon or anything else. No TV on it either. Just 1 TV in the entire place. Needs some updating. Bare minimum mismatched furniture. Beds look newer.

Disappointed

We enjoyed Nashville but the place was not what we expected for the money we paid. Pros: upgraded kitchen & bath and the jacuzzi (even though it took 5 hours not 2 as described the first night we tried to use it). Cons: limited bath towels and blankets. We were each given 1 towel and 1 wash rag and no pillow cases, only shams. We ended up having to do laundry since we had to use the towels for the hot tub too. Broken indoor and outdoor lights along with no electricity in one of the bedrooms upon arrival. Maintenance fixed the lighting but the electrical problem never got fixed. Floors were not thoroughly cleaned as we had black on our feet/socks the first night. There is nothing to do around the area except a restaurant here and there. Fine if you intend to go to Nashville everyday. Our hopes were to have a day closer to the place for a change which wasn’t possible, anything to do always required an Uber ride. The worst part of our experience was the complete lack of follow-up by the owner. Their responses were delayed and it required me having to call when not hearing from them. No one ever came to fix the electricity the second time or followed up on the problems that we had addressed. First time ever in a VRBO that I’ve had to give a bad review and that’s unfortunate. Issues come up with places, it’s how the owner responds that will make or break the experience you have. Hopefully this will help for better preparation of the next guests.

Overall, we had a great stay in Nashville! The condo was nice, and we enjoyed our time there. There were just a few things that could have made our stay better. We arrived about an hour before check-in and messaged the host to ask if we could check in early, letting him know we were fine with waiting if needed. He said it was fine and mentioned that he needed to change some lightbulbs but could wait until after our stay. We discovered that the outside garage door wasn't working, and had to open the garage once we got inside. The front door knob came off when opening the front door. The lighting also really needed attention, and despite sending several messages letting the host know we would be out for several hours and asking if he could come replace the bulbs, we never received a response. The other thing future guests should be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to navigate, including the stairs to access the rooftop patio. This wasn't mentioned in the listing description and would have been helpful to know ahead of time.Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Nashville. With a little more attention to maintenance and communication, this would be an even better place to stay!

Property appeared clean and neat. The garage door was disconnected so had to go to the front door to unlock every time. Also, there was a dead bird in the corner of second level window. Everything else was okay. Hot tub controls were worn away so hard to adjust. Found everything we needed to cook. Thermostats were a bit finicky but useable. Good spot for the price. Lots of room for kids!
