Great place to stay!

We stayed here with family and friends for a wedding in Nashville. It was clean and comfortable. The location was great! Easy to get to airport and downtown. Would stay here again and recommend o others!

Nashville Bachelorette trip!

What a great stay! Location was convenient to downtown Nashville and broadway, along with other shops in town and the airport. Can’t wait to come back! Bella made us feel welcome and the home was definitely the ‘Nash Nest’.

Girls Trip

We stayed for a girls weekend get away! Check in was super easy, and the host was super friendly. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Short drive to downtown, and in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Cute home for our Nashville trip!

We really enjoyed this house for our trip to Nashville. It is decorated really well and has everything that you need. The owner was very responsive to messages and made the whole process Super easy. The hot tub was an added bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Clio Cloud Conference

This property was very nice and nicely furnished. It was exactly what we were looking for when we made the decision to take an office team building trip to Nashville and to participate in the Clio Cloud Conference. Would recommend the stay and would stay there again.

Our group came in for the Rock N' Roll races and we kept saying over the weekend that we will be coming back! Beds were comfy, easy access to and from Broadway, and the hot tub was perfect! Thank y'all again for letting us stay :)

Girls Weekend Birthday

Great stay, the house was just as described which is always a plus! The only surprise we had was there was a fake snake on the chair next to the entry door which sent me into freak out! LolAfter I ran to the car my friends saved me and told me it was fake and there multiple lying around! But the house was great and hot tub was a great way to unwind!

Pretty good overall

The house overall was great. The neighbors dogs barking all morning starting around 5am was just one issue. The hot tub was malfunctioning the 1st night. The owner mentioned that it must have been leaking and the manager would fix it. The water looked like it had been leaking for a long time due to all the algae growing on the outside of gazebo. Bring some flip flops for the downstairs bathroom.

Hi Misty, We since have replaced the hot tub with an even bigger and better one. The week prior to your stay we had guests use the hot tub with zero issues which this was right after we found we had a very minor leak and had patched it up. At this time we immediately started working with a hot tub company to find the best one for our space with a maximum amount of guests that is also easily operable. Where the outside of the gazebo has “algae” is where we have our drains to drain the tub completely for cleanings and refills, so yes over 5 years of draining all the water in the same spot with moisture/humidity in a warm state, it will cause this to happen. The downstairs bathroom, you’re referring to the shower which is supposed to have a rubber mat over the massage stones. If there was not that is my apologies, the cleaner must have missed that, but there is a normal tub shower on the upper level of the home. The neighbor’s dogs are not something we can control. We are glad overall you had a good stay and the hot tub was taken care of so it was still usable to you and your guests!

It was such a cute house. Only disappointing thing was hot tub was not working. Which is why we book this place. And keriug coffee maker didnt work. Overall nice place,comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of space.

Great place to stay.

Was looking for a place close to Broadway for a bachelorette trip and found this gem. Love this house. Perfect size for all of us girls and super close to Broadway. Had no problems getting Ubers or lifts. The hot tub was amazing! House was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

We chose this party for a bachelorette party. The house was very clean and a nice set up. The host, Bella was very great she gave us recommendations for food and to check out the Wing mural. I would def recommend this same place to stay if I choose to visit Nashville again!

Large Group Paradise

This was probably my personal favorite rental home/property I’ve stayed at. My friends and I were here for several nights for a Bachelor party and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The entire home was gorgeous. Hot tub was great, air hockey table was fun. More than enough space and places to sleep. Bella was a fantastic host who went above and beyond. It’s in a perfect location relative to the airport and downtown. Ubers were super affordable and convenient. Thankful for the opportunity to have been able to use this home!

Nash Nest exceeded our expectations!

We recently travelled to Nashville with another family for our Spring Break and stayed at the Nash Nest. This place was perfect for our needs and we honestly have zero complaints whatsoever! The host Bella was super responsive…the home was wonderful and offered plenty of space for the adults and kids to all have a great time without feeling crammed… and the location was great - we were within a 10-30 minute drive of everywhere we wanted to go in the area. Much recommended!
