Freshly renovated with thought into every detail, and less than a minute walk to one of the least crowded beaches in Destin. Only this neighborhood and a condo complex have access to the beach here because there is no public parking which makes it perfect to get the spot you want on the beach! This casa is located in Miramar Beach less than 2 miles from Sandestin, 6 miles to Destin, and 7 miles to 30a. Enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast without feeling the crowds while tucked away!

The house worked perfectly with multiple family members staying together. The two kitchen areas worked great. There was plenty of seating in the main family room and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The main dining table had adequate seating for our large family and had a high chair that was an added bonus.

Great Location!!!

The beach is a short walk away. The house is exactly as listed. The decor is beautiful. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the outdoor area but it was really nice. Everyone bragged about how comfortable the beds were. We will definitely be back.

Good time with good friends

Our trip was to celebrate my graduation from college with some of my close friends. The house was absolutely beautiful & accommodated all 8 of us. The house is just a short walk to the beach, and in a family friendly neighborhood. We all have said it was the best trip we’ve had in a LONG time! We will forsure have to have another reunion again!

Family vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. This property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. It looks exactly like the photos, even better in person! It was stocked with plenty of toiletries and also with everything that we needed and more to prepare meals. We loved that we could walk to the beach, it was that close! The beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided was an added bonus for enjoyable days at the beach.This property is also very close to a shopping outlet and grocery store. The property manager (Host) was gracious. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolute Paradise

My family and I were in paradise! The home was everything a family of seven could dream of. The floor plan was perfect. The Destin beach is breathtaking and the location of the home is perfect at the end of the street so no traffic. Perfectly well thought out with all the amenities you would ever need in this exceptional home. Thank you for making this awesome property a paradise away from home for our family. The hosts are sensational. We did not want to leave and will definitely book in the future.

Parker is an award-winning mortgage loan originator specializing in helping families start their short-term rental portfolios, while Oz is a "retired" Electronic Engineer, who now spends his days tirelessly working on each of our properties to keep them in great condition! Our daughter Taliesin who is headed to college has been involved in design and decor and our son Zolin who is still in high school just might be the one to answer your message or inquiry. We are emotionally attached to each of our properties (even though we aren't supposed to be lol) and we truly hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
