LOCATION、LOCATION、LOCATION！ 白い砂浜の湾岸に位置する3階建ての一戸建て住宅。 ゲストは、ランドリールームにアクセスしてロビーに入り、湾のパノラマの景色に迎えられて一歩の階段を上る。 2階は、キッチン、ダイニング、リビングルームから湾を見渡せるメインのリビングスペースです。 台所はすべてのステンレス製のsteeleの電気器具およびクーラーを詰めるための余分自立した製氷機を催す。 ダイニングルームのテーブルは6名用で、キッチンバーはさらに6名用です。 リビングルームには、DirecTvとDVDプレーヤー付きの大型フラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 2階に2つのマスターベッドルームがあり、どちらもキングベッドと専用バスルームがあります。 2階の階段から3階へ進み、子供たちは2段ロフトで自由に遊べます。 二段ベッドのロフトには二組の二段ベッドがあり、合計4双子です。 子供たちはまたDirecTvとWiiとフラットスクリーンテレビを持っています。 二段式ロフトには、フリースタンディングシャワー付きの専用バスルームもあります。 残りの2つの客室はこのレベルにあります。 どちらも専用バスルーム付きのキングベッドルームで、3階���バルコニーに直接アクセスできます。

家には合計3つの専用バルコニーがあります。 一番上の3階のバルコニーは日光浴をするのに最適な場所ですが、下のデッキは景色を見失うことなく暑さから避難するのに最適な場所です。 下のデッキには広い座席スペース、ハンモック、屋外シャワー、プロパングリル、そしてハーフバスルームがあります。 このプロパティはそれをすべて持っています。 この宿泊施設はビーチに直接アク��スできるので、ゲストは通りを横切ることについて心配する必要はありません。 ビーチ用のおもちゃやタオルも用意されています。

Very spacious and well decorated house. Bathroom situation was ideal. Every bedroom had a private one and two additional half baths.Great location and private beach were extremely nice.The umbrella and two chairs were wonderful but be warned you cannot setup anything larger than 6' x 6' if you need additional coverage.Outdoor seating area could use updating on all levels. Lower porch level needed better cleaning and beach toys needed to be purged of broken / rusty items.Overall, we would stay here again. We had looked into the Frangista property next door, but this house is almost twice as wide as the duplex-units. This gives more space to the living area, and you are not climbing three interior levels.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was prime location! Walking distance to bar/restaurants, winery, and great beach access. A few minor hiccups, unable to connect with property manager about early check in or later check out. Outdoor electrical was faulty. But would definitely recommend to friends.

This rental is very nice, well supplied and nice layout. It was clean with great views for the house and balconies. The location is excellent with great access to the beach and local restaurants. We will stay here again without a doubt.

Great House for Big Family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation with 7 adults and 1 child! It was the perfect location, right on the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen. The large deck was a great place to hang out when it rained. There’s a coffee shop across the street and shops and restaurants within walking distance. Property management was very responsive to all our questions and quickly sent a repairman when the a/c wasn’t cooling. We’ve stayed at this house for 5 years in a row and will be back again next year!

Property was great! We go to Destin every year and this was by far the best house for our family. This house has all of the extra things you will need in the kitchen, bathroom to the extra flashlights for beach at night. Only down fall was beds are a little worn in. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the gem you have been looking for. 50 to 60 steps from the ocean. Everything you need plus 2 dedicated chairs and umbrella. Walking distance to anything except a supermarket. Clean and full kitchen with k cup and traditional coffee pots. Property manager is quick to respond and quick to solve any issues. This was my third time here and it doesn't get any better.

It was perfect! We had a group of 9 and had plenty of space. Beautiful beach front location! Having the whole house and 3 decks was great. Had everything we needed and more! DQ was across the street saw dolphins and went crab hunting at night! It was perfect.

Better than I expected. Super clean and the perfect layout for our family. Every room has its own bathroom. The view is just amazing on every floor. Walk to food/coffee/shops. 5 stars, hands down.

I had such a great experience at this rental property. The place was spotless from top to bottom, which immediately made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything I needed, easy to get around, and in a really convenient, safe area. Beach access and views were amazing!!!The home was exactly as described, well‑maintained, and clearly cared for. Check‑in was smooth, communication was easy, and everything worked the way it should. It made my stay stress‑free and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location.

We had a wonderful friends’ get-together and truly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it comfortable for everyone. Our property is family owned and privately manged ensuring you'll receive personalized service. Emerald Shores is in a prime location. The property is situated on Scenic Gulf Drive and nestled directly on the white sandy shores with direct beach access to the Gulf of Mexico. With a modern kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances, and tons of counter top space, perfect for cooking in. The kitchen and dining area over look the Gulf; both interior and exterior seating available. Emerald Shores has four large king bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms, flat screen televisions (all with DirecTv), ceiling fans, and walk in closets. The bunk loft is perfect for children of all ages. 3 gulf facing decks offer ample space to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. The largest deck boast an outdoor shower, half bathroom, propane grill, outdoor seating, and beach toys. Great for families and young kids. Emerald Shores is a short distance to several restaurants including Whale's Tail, Pompano Joe's, and Surf Hut. Directly across the street is Dairy Queen, The Emerald Coast Winery (open daily with free wine tasting), and Bad Ass Coffee Shop. Check out our reviews for more perspective.
