Enjoy life "By the Sea" in this affordable, pet-friendly, two-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the desirable Chateau La Mer neighborhood, and just a short walk to our own private expanse of the crystal white sands and shimmering emerald surf of Destin's famous beach. The spacious open-concept living/dining area features a vaulted ceiling with large glass doors, letting in lots of light and leading to a furnished outdoor balcony–perfect for relaxing in the breezes after a day spent on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Stretch out on the huge sectional sofa and watch movies on the HD flat screen television, complete with surround sound.

The well-equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while kids help "taste-test" from the attached breakfast bar. Snuggle up in the Master Bedroom–complete with a King bed and television. The second bedroom with two full-sized beds is perfect for additional guests.

And don't leave Fido behind! The Chateau La Mer community is perfect for pets. There are large grassy areas and sidewalks for strolling along beside the breathtakingly beautiful beach. And the amenities don't stop there. Submerge yourself in the large pool that is heated in the winter, volley with friends and family on the well-kept tennis courts, and entertain with the use of the outdoor grills, clubhouse and more. The neighborhood has no through-traffic, which is greatly appreciated by families with kids and/or pets.

And this is condo-living at its best–single or two-story units with no waiting for elevators! Walk to nearby restaurants or pick up some local seafood for a relaxing evening at your home-away-from-home. Everything you need is nearby and Destin offers so many different recreational activities, there is something for every member of the family.
