This was a pleasant overnight stay just to catch an early ferry the next morning. It is very convenient to the Departure Bay terminal.

Our stay at Crystal Hallows was wonderful. All the amenities we required were provided as advertised. The code to the door was provided which made for easy check in. A great spot!

We booked this place as a stop over before heading down to Victoria after camping on the west side of Vancouver Island. The location was wonderful! Not far from the highway and very peaceful. The lake views were nice to stay connected to nature after camping. Checkin and checkout was very easy. We only heard from our hosts once.Great shower and comfortable bed. The kitchen is small as expected but worked well. You definitely have to love their Halloween theme or just look past it. LOLNearby parks were wonderful to enjoy the water, some trails and sunset. We really enjoyed Neck Point Park.

The place was great. It was super clean, centrally located, and had a gorgeous view over the lake. It was a pleasure to sit on the patio and enjoy a coffee and book as the sun came up.

Great Location! Stayed for a short visit with family, provided just the right about of amenities and comfort. Friendly owner, and was able to assist quickly. Unique Halloween theme made it fun, and I will definitely be booking again, way better than staying overnight with your parents.

Amazing place. Fully equipped kitchen, clean, very comfortable, quiet and beautiful view of the lake. Affordable and close to shops and amenities. Great communication with owners. 15 mins to downtown Nanaimo. No surprises, was as advertised.

The property was exactly as described. Nice and clean and all the essentials in the kitchen. The hosts were very responsive to questions and everything was clearly communicated (from the check-in process to labelling of the various garbage and recycling bins). Highly recommend.

This was a very beautiful, neat, quaint, well-stocked accommodation with a lovely view and the hosts were communicative and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay here and were able to relax and wind down at the end of each day.
