Downtown Spearfish Loft East

This apartment is a newly renovated space in a historic building in the heart of Downtown Spearfish! Experience downtown living at its finest! This apartment is within walking distance of all the local hotspots: fine dining, local retailers, Spearfish Brewing, the local bars, and beautiful Spearfish Creek and the City Park! Many local businesses have partnered with us to bring discounts and freebies when you stay with us!

This building is over 100 years old! We renovated everything except the hardwood floors. They were so beautiful, we couldn’t cover them up!

Available by text, message, and phone if you need anything.

Every Friday Night in June, July, and August, there is a street festival on Main Street that includes food vendors, a beer garden, and live music that runs from 4pm-9pm. This event is a community favorite and we are SURE that you`ll enjoy it if you have time to take it in!

The loft is perfect for spending time in Spearfish. I would recommend the Seli Spa for a foot soak. Only downfall is the fact you cannot park on main street below the loft. It was hot when we stayed so we didn't take advantage of the wonderful windows, we kept the blinds closed.

This is a great location in downtown Spearfish close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Parking was easy. Great spot to relax for a night on our way through town

Lovely apartment in an unbeatable location! We loved being just steps from charming shops and great restaurants, and the close proximity to campus was incredibly convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to feel at home, and the tall ceilings and large windows made the space feel bright and airy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Great Location and nicely updated

We really enjoyed our stay while there for the Dakota 5.0. The location is perfect and I really liked the updates in such a cool historic building. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in this downtown Spearfish apartment. The location was perfect—right on Main Street with a nice view and the Friday farmers market just steps from our door. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Great stay

Location is terrific. Loft has a ton of charm and great furniture and kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Host was very accommodating with excellent communication.

Stayed at Spearfish Loft East for 4 nights. Very comfortable, nicely remodeled apartment. Great location near shopping and restaurants but gets quiet in the evening, so sleeping isn’t a problem in the comfortable bed. Parking is easy to find. Would certainly stay there again.

Cute 1 bedroom loft. Overlooks N Main St with coffee shops within walking distance. Enjoyed 3 nights downtown and loved the area.
