Come escape to my Riverwalk apt! My downtown apt has beautiful views of the 1897 Bexar County courthouse & 1755 San Fernando Cathedral! The apt is designed to reflect the culture & fun of TX/SA! Restaurants & shopping are just steps away! Walk or rent bikes or scooters on the street level to go to the Tower, museums, the missions, the Alamo or riverboat to The Pearl! Enjoy all of the sights or relax/ stay in & have a picnic lunch on the 2nd floor balcony as you watch the riverboats pass below!

The Riverwalk Courthouse Apartment is a fun, comfortable, Texas style space curated just for y'all! Vintage and new furnishings brought together to help you experience San Antonio! Stay in & enjoy the view or head out for endless hours of sightseeing, the arts, history, culture, events, shopping & foodie delights! If you're having an extended stay, there's Sea World, Six flags & more shopping! Nearby cities: Fredericksburg, Boerne, New Braunfels & Wimberley are all great day trip destinations!

The apartment was so cute. We were right next to the riverwalk, very convenient. The bed was comfortable; the couch was not. We had a wonderful time.

This apartment is perfectly located to the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and many other attractions. It is charmingly decorated and very clean. The view of the court house is extraordinary - we saw six couples get married outside of the court house during our stay. The host was extremely attentive to our needs and very easy to work with.We did not rent a car and didn’t feel we needed to. Everything you want to see or do is within walking distance.We would definitely stay here again.

The interior of the unit was attractive and clean. It was a very cute and enjoyable unit for our two nights. The tub and tub wall has started peeling, and needs a new coating, I found that awkward. The old building itself needs some TLC, the entry felt old/dingy/awkward. The hobos and rough-looking folks hanging out at the lower floor liquor store did not make for a comfortable feeling while coming and going, walking to the Riverwalk or parking. Not all of these things are under the unit-owner's control, but a nice place in a less than stellar building with a few safety concerns and no close-in safe parking options drop it from 5* to 4* for me.

What I enjoy most is the constant blend of old and new: historic sites that have stood since the city’s earliest days, paired with the energy of new experiences happening all around. It’s a place where guests can immerse themselves in everything San Antonio is known for.

I’ve intentionally styled the suite to highlight that character while layering in modern, curated décor—creating a harmonious blend of old and new. Its central location, walkable to museums, restaurants, the Riverwalk, and historic plazas, adds to the experience. Many guests describe it as a place that feels like a private downtown residence—your own retreat right in the heart of the city.
