Newly Updated Lakeview Golf Retreat, Grand Traverse Resort

Wake up to sweeping golf course and East Bay views at this beautifully updated 1-bedroom condo inside Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. This peaceful third-floor retreat offers scenic beauty and convenience just minutes from Traverse City.

The condo sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, 2 flat-screen TVs, a private balcony, and a telescope for stargazing.

Please note: resort pool access is not included with this suite, though guests can arrange same-day access by booking a spa treatment. A private beach is included with your stay.

Every stay includes a bottle of Chateau Chantal sparkling wine, complimentary gym access, and VIP concierge services available on request.

Downtown Traverse City is about 7 miles away, with easy access to beaches, wineries, golf courses, and festivals throughout the region.

Comfortable and lovely!

Everything was just as described! The space was comfortable, easy to locate, and very close proximity to the main resort. Would recommend staying here!

Small condo perfect for weekend trips

Great condo and nicely placed behind GT for weekend activities. Nice view and great parking. Will rent again.

Okay stay

The condo itself was nice. However, we had trouble checking in with no building code and the elevator was out of service. We did not know this and our room was on the third floor.

Newly Updated Lakeview Condo

Great place to stay. We would stay here again. The condo was clean and updated. If you are looking to cook a large meal, the kitchen area is small, but very nice. Great for breakfasts and lunch. Dinner- there are so many fabulous places in Traverse City to try- no need to cook a lot. The communication with the management team was fantastic. They were timely in letting us know all information concerning the place. Great value and pleasant environment.

View great; Condo needs updating

Felt like a hotel room. Bathroom had old wall paper and a phone by the toilet. Total overhaul needed. Carpet had stains. Sliders were very difficult to maneuver. Sink near bathroom clogged. Condo needs an overall update. Furniture, carpet, paint. Bathroom.

Checked into a dirty room

Upon checking in we found our room had not been cleaned at all. Although the response to get it cleaned was good we weren’t able to check in until over an hour later. This was such a disruption to our plans. There was no amends by management other than an apology. Also, unsettling that they said they would be done cleaning in an hour.

Brief 3 night stay

Overall this condo was tired looking and not well maintained. The closet closest to the front door was off it’s hinges, the sliding door handle was broken which made it difficult to open the door wall. The second door wall would not slide open at all. The wallpaper around the bath/shower was coming off the wall in multiple places. It was obvious the condo was not maintained. Also, the elevator for the building had filthy carpeting and the walls were dirty and dingy, leading to a poor first impression.

Missing Key Information

Pros:Nice condo, clean, has what you needBalcony is niceBed was very comfortable Tunnel to hotel if you want thatVery close to property amenities and downtown Traverse CityWould stay againCons:Property management company said there is no access to any pools however, a very short walk gets you to a nice outdoor poolProperty management company did not give accurate information about how to enter your room, there is no deadbolt, you have to get the keypad to light up, enter the code then press the Yale button upon which makes the deadbolt open. Also, you must press the Yale button after the door closes if you want it to lock when you leave. It’s not automatic.Garbage disposal was clogged, almost overflowed the sink.
